Works Great! Only had a few days to play with but it does exactly what backup memory is suppose to do, backup files! So far so good.

Good product but OVERPRICED at Staples
A must have for PS4 owners, since the game files are so large. And, it's important to use a licensed external hard drive for compatibility. However, since Staples does not price match anymore, I suggest you check around for pricing, since you can save a lot of money buying it elsewhere. Staples, you need to lower your prices to the true retail cost of your products.
