Do not recommend. Tissues have an awful oder.
Purchased a multi pack of puffs ultra soft unscented . They smell awful. Won't purchase again.

Downgraded Product
I've been buying these tissues for years but I will no longer do so. When you pull out a tissue the two layers separate so you have to put them back together to blow your nose. Also, they are flimsy and no longer soft even though the box says "Ultra Soft". The manufacturer has ruined the product. Don't waste your money.

This product has declined in quality
The most recent purchase seems like a different product. They are rough and scratchy, not soft like they used to be. I've since read many other reviews saying the same thing.

Poor quality now
They're no longer "soft", and feel thinner than they used to be. Not worth paying extra when it feels like the same quality of generic brand or Kleenex brand. I have always chosen Puffs brand, but I don't think it's my choice brand anymore.

Folded tissues in bottom of box
I’ve long appreciated the quality of Ultra Soft Puffs tissues. However, over the past year, I’ve noticed that in the rectangular 124-count boxes, the bottom half of the tissues are consistently folded. Softest but mfg. is a problem
I love Puffs. However, in the last year or so I’ve noticed they are not stacked well. Sometimes I get a tissue, other times I get five. It happens part way through and also at the end. I get the end, but can’t figure out why it happens in the middle.

Product is good. / Box design is hideous.
I had used Kleenex brand and Puffs (Ultra Soft versions) interchangeably over many years. A couple of years ago, Kleenex decided to use loud, infantile box designs. I stopped buying Kleenex in favor of Puffs precisely because of this. Now, it appears that Puffs has copied Kleenex with hideous box designs. Hard to use this product
I still haven't figured out how to get the tissues out of the box. You have to cut the plastic and grab the tissue and all I get is torn tissues. Please make something easier to use. These are just the cube boxes. The regular box is alright.

Not happy with product
I have used these for years and I have noticed they are getting thiner. Not worth my money I have to double up to use. Why are they so thin.

poor quality
I have been buying puffs my whole life and the quality has gone downhill in the past few months. the tissue is not as think and the do not separate coming out of the box or you only get half when you pull the tissue out. I don't understand what has happened but it's very disappointing

Puffs Tissues Are Great!
I absolutely love using Puffs Tissues! They are very comfortable and useful when dealing with very runny noses and sneezes. I love the character Sasha (blonde) on the box and if any commercial is to be made of her, I would love to voice her :). I am also blonde with blue eyes (and glasses) and I love wearing pink so I feel very linked with this avatar.

Tissues left fibers all over my face
I was crying and used the tissue to dry my eyes as I cried. When I went to the bathroom to wash up, I had lint fibers all over my face! I looked ridiculous! I won't be using these tissues anymore for drying tears. I'm guessing the reason why they're so soft is because the fibers are brushed or something, but I also think this is what caused the lint to get stuck all ove...
