Love these for my office TV's and at home.
Easier to switch through applications then the remote that comes with my TV. Voice control is great.

Doesn't work with LG-C1 Denon receiver
I have a setup where I control everything through my Denon Atmos receiver, unfortunately Google TV only broadcasts in non HDR mode and just stereo.Other than casting from my phone it's useless to me.

pretty cool
i have an old tv that i cant easily hook stuff up to on the wall and i was like "wow i wish i had something that had streaming services and also my phone can cast to it" and then i remembered this thing existed and i bought it and it works.

Streaming alternative
When I got this I wasn't sure what I was purchasing. It seemed to be more than a Chromecast but what was Google TV? It didn't take long to figure it out. I've been thinking of giving up my cable subscription since most of what I watch is reruns anyway. This expands that selection while also allowing some live broadcasts at no cost. It's a good deal.

COULDN'T SETUP GOOGLE CHROMECAST.THE GADGET DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY NETWORK AND INTERNET.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY IT. FIRE STICK IS MUCH EASIER TO INSTALL

Chromecast with Google TV - Love it !!!!
Was shopping around for the Chromecast with Google TV device to buy in a few hours... we had finally cut the cord with Xfinity and just realized our 7 year old 65" Samsung did not have the " embedded " Hulu app as an option anymore.. we already have the Chromecast with Google TV on a 10 YO Samsung TV not a smart TV and it works great ... hundreds of channels wifi ...

Excellent/ Convenient
Useful and efficient. Convenient in the way it has mutiple apps like netflix/hulu/disney+/Prime etc. all on one device. Just log in and you're good to go.

Feared installing this item.
I cut the cord of my current internet/TV provider. I have had to install this so I can connect to the new wireless internet from my cell provider. the install has been a great learning experience. I was pleased that it seemed that as much simplicity as possible. I am pleased to say that I was able to connect and it works great. I am purchasing another tonight for my kit...

My game and media streaming dream come! true

Works well in lieu of a cable box
The Google Chromecast was able to replace my cable box thus saving the monthly fee charged by the cable company. It works well however on occasion the image will freeze for a brief time.

The best streaming stick
Roku Tizen LG and/or Vizio all have apps but none of them have as many as Android TV.

Easy install and easy to use
This is inexpensive easy to install easy to use (and cast to TV) and I love the feel of the remote control. It's very solid and automatically paired with my TV and soundbar. I also have a Roku but it's remote couldn't pair with my soundbar which is an inconvenient bummer... so the Chromecast is better in that respect. I'm digging my Chromecast.
