Great Warranty and Assistance
I took this suitcase on one trip and when I landed to my destination I was shocked when I saw this huge dent on the corner! This was only for the first part of my trip! I reach out to dukap and see what they can do since I have a free 2 year warranty. The suitcase was lightweight and easy to navigate, however, the dent threw me off! Inferior Product
I actually used these on trips. Very flimsy. The wheels don’t roll or rotate easily. The outer shells are weak and cracked/dented easily. Staples please don’t let this product Dukap ruin your image. Absolutely inferior luggages. I am returning the other ones that I haven’t used.

Don’t recommend
I do not recommend this brand or this product as it is poor quality for the price. I have used my luggage on two domestic trips for a total of 9 days of travel. The inside zipper flap stitching is beginning to pull away from the zipper and there is a hole there that will continue to grow over time.
