Exactly as described. Works well. Decent price for motorized remote controlled mount. Pay attention to details in installation manual and installation will be a snap. One downside is the recommended height above mantle in the manual is not accurate. I could have mounted it 4 inches lower without a problem. Mounting the TV average home owner.

The installed took more time that expected , this installed needs two adults and a 6 foot ladder to help with the install of the TV and Steady it. Also measure twice once you start drilling your holes. Also the main bracket that mounts the TV could us a heavier gauge steel, but that depends on the the size of the TV and year made. Great product but get your own hardware.

The product is great, instructions are well outlined. But the anchors that are provided are junk and I would recommend getting your own heavy duty anchors.

Remote pre-sets simplify lowering TV over mantle

This is a sturdy, well engineered wall mount that works great for my new 65" TV. After considering a manual lowering mount, I decided that handling the TV on a regular basis was probably not worth the risk or the added cost of the motorized version. Go ahead and spend the extra $ - if the safety and convenience aren't worth it, the coolness factor certainly is.

Like A Glove!

My son has a loft bed in his bedroom which requires a high TV mount but also plays video games while sitting on his futon which requires a lower or typical height TV mount.
The Height Adjustable Pull-Down Fireplace TV Mount was the perfect solution for this problem!

Even my wife love’s my motorized mount!

This product works exactly as advertised. My friends and family were really impressed with the professional look to my new setup as well. Perfect for my Home Office

Love it works great couple design suggestions

First off it works wonderfully for my 55 inch tv looks clean. MI-361 Loving it!

Love this!! Just what we needed when we re-did the fireplace, the height of the mantle makes it to high to view the TV but with this it’s so easy to lower it. The living room has gone from always being an empty room to the new favorite room to gather. I’m a short woman but it’s a breeze for me to lower it down.

Mediocre Height Adjustable Pull-Down Fireplace TV

This was way too hard to put together. Multiple holes were too small for the intended bolts, and other pieces didn't line up nicely. It works ok when assembled, but it harder to move than expected.

Bought this for an addition to our den for the grandkids to watch TV.
Assembly was no problem at all, but when I tried to adjust the spring action to the lowest weight possible, it took every thing I had to get it to budge.
When I did get it all the way down I had to ease it back up because there was so much tension it would of sprung back way too hard.

Easy to install and use

Installation and assembly was pretty easy. At he beginning, mount and handle bar located in a convenient place - we use it daily (take TV up and down) and have no issue. Recommend!
