25 FOOT FIBERJACKET HOSE HOSE AJFJH25-58-PRO
Love this hose. It sprung a leak at the 1 year mark and SunJoe proved anything is only as good as its warranty. I called Customer Service and bam new hose on the way... No shipping cost to me. Only had to supply the serial number of the hose which was on the box.

Will think twice before purchasing
Hose worked well for a few years then molding cracked and replacement standard connections do not fit.

Company ignores warranty issues
We were gifted this June 2023. It ruptured. Two year
Warranty would be good if they responded to warranty questions. My first email was sent 9/13, another on 9/16. As of 9/24 still no reply

Thanks for the three months
Worked great for 3 months then had several holes that rendered this hose useless unless I wanted it to be a drip hose. WHICH I DONT. So, to the landfill you go as it is NOT REPAIRABLE.

DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE!
I have been through at least FOUR of these hoses over the last few years. This year, I took it out of an indoor cupboard, where it was stored all fall/winter, and hooked it up to wash my motorcycle. 5 of 6 hoses I've purchased have split.
Loved the product at first, but then came the leaks/splits. And even after the first four hoses failed over time, I still continued to buy two more. Only one still is functional as of today. Don't care about the warranty, the product reliability is poor. I have two other garden variety brand/type and they are both well over 10 years old and I've had zero splits.

You have to be careful to stretch it out completely or it kinks like a 'regular' hose.

THE KINKS
I'm not sure how it can be "kink free", that's total marketing hooey! It's relatively light weight and does work as a hose. But over longer lenths the water pressure disapates because it's so flexible.
There doesn't appear to be any repair connector kit available as regular sized ones won't work!

Only lasted a year
Only lasted a year, metal fittings cracked and leak under normal garden usage. Of course I didn't 'register' my garden hose so I cant make a warranty claim, time to switch to a different brand.

HORRIBLE HOSES
Horrible hoses ever since I purchased multiple 25 foot hoses, multiple 50 foot hoses, and a 75 foot hose, they have burst/busted numerous times. I spend more time replacing hoses with the warranty that I actually use them. Within 30 days 3 50foot hoses, a 25 foot hose, and a 75 foot hose busted.

Crappy product, good customer service
Bought this hose and SunJoe has replaced it three times (good service, crappy product) within the warranty period. Hoses have been treated well (not in the sun, not out over winter, not abused at all) but they all developed leaks within a few months.
The steel wrapped hoses I have from SJ have been excellent.

Worst Hoses On Planet
These hoses are, hands down, the absolute worst hoses on the planet. They should not be for sale.

Lasted a month
On my third replacement. Don't waste your time or money. My wife uses this hose once a day to water her vegetable garden, yet they keep failing. The last one made it a whole month!

Not a good hose
Bought hose last October, used two times, put up for winter , and got out for spring/summer. Hose started leaking. Not worth the money I paid to have only used 4 times and now it sprays all over me.

I really wanted to like this hose!
This product was exactly what I wanted : light and easy to handle.
When I received it, I was thrilled and I really liked it. I was wondering why people were still using old-style hoses that are heavy and annoying to handle.

Purchased two of these for the yard both went bad with in a month received new ones from warranty third one has a leak now one still in the box not holding out any hope.

Leaked after 6 weeks
Bought this hose in the middle of June and it started to leak about 4 inches down from the connection to the outlet after 6 weeks. The 100 foot hose we bought did the same thing but near the middle of the hose (we've replaced it with a new one and so far so good but it's only been a couple weeks!). The stores don't seem to have anymore of these 50 foot hoses in stock in...
