attatching my credit card
I did not realize you had no choice but had to attach your credit card to the product. Will not be using Roku. Very disappointed

Set up it attempt to caused issues with the television and after 1 hour and still not being able to complete it the device will be returned and I will attempt a different model.

Great product -- vastly improved!
Third Roku I bought. This is by far the best. Includes numerous improvements over earlier versions: sound control, mute button and on/off button. Extremely satisfied.

Remote Doesn’t Last
Purchased this in Sept 2022. First remote died in Feb 2024. Have now received 2 replacements from Roku as the first replacement started failing in May 2024. Issues include brand new batteries draining within days of replacement, buttons not responding or buttons sticking and not releasing (for example skyrocketing the volume with one click)

My Fire Stick finally died and after reading reviews it sounded like Roku was a better alternative for replacement. Setup was quick and easy.
Don't need the Dolby Vision as my TV doesn't offer it, so this was next best. I only wish it was in an actual stick, because I already have too many cords in that area.
