Works like a charm!
I honestly never write internet reviews on products but I just had to for Puffs plus lotion. I have had a cold for going on a week now and have gone through at least 3 boxes of puffs plus lotion. What happent to Puffs with Lotion
Would not have anything but Puffs with Aloe lotion in my home for years. Accused Husband of wrong purchased of last 6 boxes. Upon checking boxes and stores I see you have discontinued the old formular. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!! Now Puffs are sratchy and very dry to your nose. No different from other products. Major quality downgrade
This was always my go to for when I’m sick but over the years the quality has gone down and down. There’s basically no lotion now, and even the tissue itself seems to have become rougher, maybe because of the lack of lotion. Very disappointing.

What’s up with the last 4 tissues in your boxes??
I’ve been buying your product for decades. But for the last year, the last 4 tissues in each long box are folded over, why is that? Every single box! I have to take them out and unfold them!! Fix your machines or Stop purposely folding them!!! THANK YOU !!!

Made thinner and not as soft as prior.
Recently purchased a case from BJ's and the Puffs Plus with lotion is thinner and not as soft as it used to be. They are in the long box. I was surprised and will be returning them. Manufacturers are either giving smaller quantities for the same price or the quality is suffering from not using quality ingredients.

Love puffs! but inconsistent lately
We are a Puffs Plus Lotion family! But (similar to another person's recent review here) lately in every rectangle box, there are always tissues scattered throughout the box that have no lotion or softness at all. They are rough, thin, and scratchy and get thrown out rather than used. This didn't used to happen. :-(

Poor quality tissue
I have used puffs tissues with lotion for many years. Recently I have noticed the tissues are thinner with little to no lotion on tissues throughout the box. I tried purchasing in different stores but the quality is still not there.

Nothing like they used to be.
These used to be the best, now they feel like there’s no lotion and they fall apart so easily. Going to try a different brand.

Not as described no lotion feel anymore.
Use to love these but the last two purchases are thin, rough, and dry. They use to actually feel soft and like they had lotion. I have sinus issues and use a lot of tissues these use to be my favorite and only brand.

Please!!! The Puffs I'M Watching A Disney Movie
My family always uses Puffs, there is not softer tissue hands down in the world. . Theaters should keep Puffs on hand as a required necessary accessory like 3D glasses especially for Disney Movies. In our home they are stacked right next to the TV just in case of a crying emergency.

Poor Manufacturing
Bought a 4 box pack of these, the 2 ply fell apart when trying to get out of the box. No way to use them or keep from ripping them up; poor quality checking, if any.

This product is not what it says.
I don't know what's happened to your product, but its lacking. I buy puffs plus for the lotion softness. Now they are as dry as the Sahara Desert, I can even clean my glasses with them no streaks, and when there's lotion on them, you can't. Very disappointed. 😡

My savior!!!
I had a sneeze attack and went for the puff plus I just purchased. I could not get through the plastic! By they time I did and several sneezes later... PUFF PLUS held up to the job and save the day!
