Decent printer for the price.
Decent printer for the price, although the the shell is petty cheaply constructed. Cannon’s (who makes the printers for HP) quality has gone down hill a bit. This unit will not stand up in an office setting with multiple people handling it. Great for single user with gentle hands.

No Good
We purchased 2 of these and had the same problem with both the original and the replacement. We unsuccessfully tried to repeatedly tap and press on the screen to change commands so we could copy or scan and the touchscreen was unresponsive on both printers.

Your representative, Michael, at the E. Northport store was extremely helpful. I was not ready to buy the printer on my first visit. Not for Mac OS Sequoia 15.1 or higher
The printer works great with Windows and Android, but after a week of trying (and 5 hours on tech support with HP), I finally found out that it is not compatible with Mac OS 15.1 or higher. Very poor printer
Worst HP printer we ever had. Hard to set up to get a fax cover page. No manual feed option for envelopes, labels, so you have to remove paper, put in envelopes and then go back to paper. Printer doesn't think it has paper or envelopes when putting less than a lot of paper in tray. Bought it to copy, scan and fax, but basic printing much harder than old printer. Ver...
