Our recent purchase online was easy to make, arrived with tracking on the way and in good condition. As long term travelers we always rely on American Tourister for its quality and functionality. Over the years never disappointed.

Porr durability but love the features and size
We had this in red and the handle got that it wouldn't go down most of the time. That doesn't work when trying to put in overhead bin. Before the handle problem we bought it in blue because we loved it. We only use the bag as carry on never checked. The stitching on all 4 sides of the top handle is pulling out. Really disappointed because the rest of the bag looks brand...

Should be better
I had to lubricate the new zipper as it was tight, especially around the corners. The rollers were not operating smoothly bit were wobbly. They only worked well on two wheels.
