Great bag and great Customer service!
This is our second bag for use with the stainless steel lunch boxes and we absolutely love them for our kids. We received our latest bag without the shoulder strap and with a quick reach out to customer service they got us a replacement quickly.

Broken side pocket
The cord for the side pocket already broke. Other than that it really does seem well made and we what i expected but that really bummed my daughter out having it break right away.

Zipper sucks
I have bought two of these bags, both ended up with the same issue halfway through the school year. One of the zippers is stuck leaving only the other one to open and close and it still feels so tight and hard to move. Love their lunch boxes but the bags need help, especially for the price.

Great lunch bag
I love this lunch bag. There are so many pockets and handles for my kiddo to help carry it. I love the cinched net pocket on the side for drinks and this bag is easy to clean.

Too bulky
Well made! Honestly too many bells and whistles and too bulky for a backpack. It’s like a small suitcase for a 7yo. The water bottle pocket is too small for the similar water bottles we have. We just don’t need three strap and handle options. I’d rather buy a sleeve with a slot pocket for an ice pack.

Love this lunchbox!!!
This lunchbox is perfect for my little one for daycare. I also got the matching box for it and she gets so many compliments. I love that it is toxic free and one less thing I have to worry about as a mom. It’s perfect!

Best fit
This lunch box is deceivingly large. It fits the full bento lunch box and a thermos. It's easy for my child to carry on a daily occurrence. But the best part is how well insulated it is and it keeps my child's food at the perfect temperature with help from ice packs.

Glittery and fit for purpose
Well insulated and roomy. The double straps makes it easy to carry, though they are quite big. Glittery finish has a been a big hit

Perfect size

Product came undone after a few weeks of use
Loved everything about your products, until last week when the lunch box came undone (unstitched). Happy to send pictures if required. Kindly advise if the product has any type of guarantee. I would love to get a replacement.

Lunch bag
I like the bags there nice for carrying the bento box. I don’t care for the long shoulder strap found it got in way. Glad I could take it off and set it aside. Love the designs and colors and that I can match bag and bento box. Easy for kids to carry in school.

Great quality, design and functionality
The quality an functionality is great. I love the versatility of the carrying function. It's easy for my 5 year old to carry.
