Scratched after 1 flight!
It rolled really easily and was great in terms of inside organization. But I was astonished when I saw it on the luggage belt. It was really scratched all over and I specifically bought it because reviewers said it was scratch resistant. Super disappointed.

It’s a great piece of lugggae
I love the blue color. I also love how easily this luggage rolls and maneuvers. It is light weight, which means I can pack that extra pair of shoes!

Very disappointed
I'm very disappointed because asked for this suitcase as a gift and after using 3 times, the handle gets stuck and the outside is very scrapped and scuffed. I previously used a Samsonite for years and I was really excited to use this. Now I feel badly that I asked my family member to buy this for me and I don't want to use it. INSTRUCTIONS WOULD HAD BEEN NICE
Pretty but had NO instructions on how to set /unlock!!..had to Google it, but for the price I paid I shouldn't have had to....another fellow cruiser that ordered one also did not have instructions

Bought it as a 21", but it's 23"
Very nice suitcase, but I bought it in a store as a 21" carry-on. I didn't have a measuring tape, so I trusted the booklet and tags. To my surprise, when I got home, I saw that this bag is actually a 23", size not accepted by many airlines. I've been trying to contact Samsonite for over a month to replace it with a similar 21" suitcase, but no response. They keep saying...

Very poorly made..
I purchased a Samsonite carry-on in advance of a trip to NY. it was Not checked.While packing for the return trip home, I noticed the hole on the bottom of the carry-on, which i believed was done in the store, although I can't prove it, and it was pass the return window, I'm truly disappointed in the quality of this brand I trusted.
