Excellent suitcase!
Excellent suitcase! The second time purchasing it, my partner had one before, and it works very well on different kinds of grounds while traveling. So I decided to get one as well during the black friday sales. Like the color very much as well.

light weight, broken in 1st trip
I bought this carryon in black color. It is light weight, but the folding stipe broken in my 1st trip. very disappointed. It supposes to have 10-year warranty, but I already thru away the tag came with, don't know what to do.

Confused size description online
This was my first time purchasing this item online, and the size description was very confusing. The listing said the suitcase was 27.5 inches, but the actual product is a 24-inch medium. The height includes the wheels, which makes it look larger on paper, but it is still classified as a 24-inch bag.

Please market this as check-in luggage
I bought this a month ago to replace an older and very reliable samsonite model. I have found out it only meets the carry-on size limits for one domestic carrier. I now have to check this luggage in if I want to bring it home.

Ideally sized for a week plus of travel!
Perfect size for a week of travel. And you can add 2-3” with the extra zipper in the middle. We used the medium spinner for a week of travel in Europe. The size was perfect, especially when taking trains where luggage carriers are tight. And it wheels easily!

Great Strong Suitcase
Just replaced my other suitcase, same model, after five years as traveling at least 3 times each year! The zipper started becoming loose but other than that it has been through a lot of baggage handlers!

Samsonite Spinner
I love the spinner series. I own the smaller piece and wanted to add on with the medium. It's great. Highly recommend. The larger piece is excellent for longer trips or over seas travel.

Makes traveling a little easier
Extremely lite weight. Rolls easily on varied surfaces. I have not traveled through baggage claim at airport yet, so I cannot report durability.
