Problem
It is not possible to open my suitcases because it is closed I do not know the code to open it I need help please

Totally wrong item.
Didn’t receive any luggage. Got sent a carry on bag instead. How does that happen??

Great Carry On Spinner
I love this carry on! It holds everything in place and looks great doing it! The wheels spin freely and it's nice and lightweight.

Great carry on bag
I’ve just gotten back from my first airline trip with this bag and am very happy with it. The bag rolls well in the airport, the handle extends easily, and it fits in the overhead bins well. It also is more spacious than my last bag.

My first choice a second time.
This is my second Samsonite spinner. The only reason I am replacing my first one after 10+ years is because I’ve worn out the wheel tread since I often combine public transportation and walking while traveling. Nice quality
Very nice suitcase as a carryon or weekend bag. Good quality and can fit quite a bit in the bag. I like the extender in case black extra.

Awesome carry on
This is an ideal carry on. Thoughtfully designed and solid in construction. I love the color scheme which is sporty, yet classy. I was able to easily maneuver the suitcase around the airport and place in the overhead. I had trouble opening the lock at first and called customer service; they were helpful and immediately available.

Perfect size and style
Love this suitcase. It is stylish, smooth and easy to handle. I love the lime green accents. I love that the zippers lock in place. They also have a key slot for tsa. Highly recommend!

Nice looking and works well
Love my new carry on. It is lightweight and rolls very easily. Only used it once but so far so good!
