Unreliable lock
TSA lock got broken after 1-st trip. Still on warranty, but shipment cost to repair shop not covered.

Nice looking but unusable front pockets.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spinner carryon is nice looking, but the front compartments are unusable. Why??? Form over function I guess. Thus, too expensive.

Thoughts after 5 flights

Quality luggage

Pro Large Expandable Spinner is not Large
I purchased two pieces of luggage ("Upside Softside Medium Spinner" and "Samsonite Pro Large Expandable Spinner") because I wanted a 'medium' piece and a 'large' piece of checked luggage. Outstanding carry-on for frequent travellers

Good Quality Luggage, but dimension size was off !
Beware of the outside dimension incorrect - Purchase the entire Pro series, this large size spinner it seems well made just need to test it in real transit, inner compartments are simple but well design of purpose and position. Missed some key features
Shortsighted that it doesn’t have a removable cosmetics bag. It is not equipped with a proper sized external pocket for one either. Many countries still require liquids in a clear bag and out of the suitcase…

Nice, small spinner, but wheels are too small
Love most aspects of the bag, but for rolling around the airport, the wheels are too small to roll smoothly across carpeted areas or roght pavement. They also seem to be wearing quickly.
