Unreliable lock
TSA lock got broken after 1-st trip. Still on warranty, but shipment cost to repair shop not covered.

Pro Large Expandable Spinner is not Large
I purchased two pieces of luggage ("Upside Softside Medium Spinner" and "Samsonite Pro Large Expandable Spinner") because I wanted a 'medium' piece and a 'large' piece of checked luggage. The Samsonite luggage I own has been the best I’ve ever had. After going through a few different luggage brands over the years, as soon as I landed on Samsonite I found what I was looking for and haven’t had anything except for a wonderful experience.

Good Quality Luggage, but dimension size was off !
Beware of the outside dimension incorrect - Purchase the entire Pro series, this large size spinner it seems well made just need to test it in real transit, inner compartments are simple but well design of purpose and position. Nice piece, but expected a little bit more.
A high quality piece of luggage, but I was expecting a more "premium" feel considering it's the top of the line soft-side model. I also wish it was a tiny bit larger.

Well Built and spacious.
Well built and fits more than I thought it would. I am hsppy with the purchase do far and I have been on 5 flights this months checking it in.

Time will tell.
As a replacement for my old 22 year old Samsonite bag that was built like a tank, time will tell how long this one lasts. My old one had bumpers on the corners/edge and this one doesn’t and the material was a lot thicker. I will find out on my next trip if it will survive.

Very practical luggage, has a lot of features, the one I like the most is the lock feature.
