Medium Spinner Suitcase
I took a two week trip and the medium spinner held a lot of items. I wish it was a tad larger because I packed a lot of clothing and other items for a cruise. And needed room for souvenirs. I think the bag will be adequate for the average person. I packed 40 pounds of items. Unfortunately the airline scratched the front of the suitcase.

Zippers thumbs down
Still using zippers which baggage handlers can easily compromise.

Medium Spinner Suitcase

Best suitcase yet
Lots of space inside and suitcase moves with ease through the airport. Love the purple color too and case is very stylish. Purchased after my older and less sturdy case was ruined at the airport.
This case seems much more sturdy and as of yet, not getting any damage from the luggage handlers!

Love it
Great size and love the TSA lock. Holds a week or more travel needs and is lightweight with great rollers.

Two is better than one!
I love this luggage! I use it for work travel and I can easily pack a week of work and off-work clothes/shoes. So easy to handle. When I needed to travel for multiple weeks in multiple climates, I bought my 2nd one. The purple color is a beautiful purple and usually the only purple coming down the luggage pickup.

Functional but easily scratched/scuffed/shredded!!

Good with a caveat.
Used it for two trips so far. It packs easily, and moves smoothly. My biggest complaint, though, is that it’s difficult to open and put on a luggage rack. It wants to slip off a standard luggage rack, and since contents are shared with two sides, one side always has to be lifted up. I suppose this is standard for a hard-side case, but it’s not easy to deal with.

light weight but it scratches easily
I purchase the freeform 2 in navy and the large luggage while on my first trip lost a corner guard. i have yet received any contact on where to send it to get it fixed.

Sleek, lightweight and pretty
I’ve taken 2 trips with the Freeform Spinner and was very happy! So smooth and light, it just glides. With all of the frustrations at the airport and traveling these days it’s really nice to have the perfect luggage!

Beware - seems that there is no warranty coverage
I bought this in May of last year. In March of this year, the handle broke off. I tried three times to make a warranty claim through the designated "Chat" online, but couldn't. I won't buy another Samsonite suitcase nor will I recommend the brand to anyone else.

Great product!
I love the carry-on but nowhere in the suitcase or box did it show me how to set the combination lock. I had to go on line to find the directions!

Like so much I now have 3 pieces
I have purchased the extra large size piece and the larger carryon size. My tour company this year had very strict luggage requirements so I bought the medium size piece. They are simple, straight-forward and highly functional. I'm very satisfied.

Great suitcase!
I purchased a carry-on Samsonite suitcase a while back and loved it, but found myself needing a larger option for longer trips. It was a no-brainer to get this one, since I loved the smaller version, and it hasn't disappointed! Lots of room, easy to move around.

Solid suitcase that's easy to use.
