Great Strong Suitcase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just replaced my other suitcase, same model, after five years as traveling at least 3 times each year! The zipper started becoming loose but other than that it has been through a lot of baggage handlers!

Broken handle after first use
Was satisfied with the room for packing. Was disappointed with the cheap plastic appearance and how easily scratched it is. Would recommend using a luggage cover. Unfortunately the retractable handle broke my first use. It does not appear you can get a handle replacement. Would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only made one journey so far, but so far, so good! Iwent to the UK and back, and despite my suitcase receiving a few dings and scratches from the baggage handlers, none of the goodies I brought home were damaged. (delicate marzipan and chocolates) Success!

It survived!

Outstanding quality piece of luggage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Freeform luggage is absolutely the best. The size is perfect for packing a week’s worth of clothes for me and my wife. The spinner wheels are awesome and makes it easy to maneuver. The color is beautiful. The hard shell is durable and I’m sure it will last us a long time. Definitely recommend it.

Spacious and Sturdy

Disappointing!
Just bought 2 Freeform Large Spinners that are advertised with "Overall Dimensions: 31.1 in. x 20.9 in. x 13.8 in." All of these 3 dimensions do not much actual measurements regardless of how you extend the retractable handles. Actual dimensions as measured in the attached photos are: 29-7/8" x 20" x 12". Lightweight, Roomy, and Durable

Cheap and hard to roll
I bought the 28 large after looking at all the reviews and comparing suitcases. The suitcase is extremely hard to roll and the handle is flimsy and doesn’t have many adjustment heights. It is awkward and seems a lot cheaper than it looks online. I would not buy again and plan to return my unused 21/28 combo purchase.
