Total garbage, lasted less than 10 trips.
One of the wheels disintegrated after using the bag maybe 10 times over 10 years. The wheel plastic just split in half lengthwise.

Great bag except for the wheels
Same issue as another stated. Used a few times a year for the last decade. Wheel split right down the middle. No easy way to repair or fix.

Love the bag, hate the wheels
Love the rolling briefcase. Hate the wheels. They are too hard and are very loud even on smooth concrete.

Similar to my old Samsonite rolling bag
I purchased a rolling Samsonite Classic bag in 2018 that I have used for carrying my inspection gear on countless flights in the last six and a half years. That bag had enough room and pockets to hold everything I need in an organized manner.

Good Bag but questionable longevity
Bag is great, performs as advertised. My only issue is the pull-out handle, feels flimsy and when bag is full any twisting motion could be the end of it. When bag is fully packed the deployment of the handle is also affected. Time will tell....

Online shopping was very easy, but item is subpar zipper is weak and so are the zipper openers. The material doesn’t feel as strong either. I’ll probably need to replace it in 2-3 years.

A different use for this bag.
I gave this as a gift. My friend uses it to bring her music and other items with her to her dulcimer practice and performances. She loves it. It is compact yet roomy and easy to use.

Love the Samsonite business cases. Just wish that they had more durable wheels or allowed for replacements going forward. Everything else is great.

Smaller than Prior Version, better handle solution
I had what I thought was an exact match to this, but the handle broke. So, I ordered this one only to find that it is smaller and my laptop barely fits. I'm hoping to get my old one fixed through Samsonite and may return this one... The handle is better, but if my laptop doesn't fit this new one the same why bother? Might end up returning it.

Good Bag, Wish it Was Bigger.
I really love this bag, but it’s not big enough. I bought it to replace my previous Samsonite bag, which was larger. I had it for 20 plus years, & it was a perfect traveling office for my job as adjunct faculty at 2 different colleges. Worth it
When you need to carry a lot of text books, you can use this along with a backpack. Helps relieve a lot of weight off your shoulders and allow your hands to be free when necessary. Can’t drop books out of your hands if it’s already rolling on the ground in a suit case.
