Nice bag
Nice bag but the handle is Crap! Working as an FA this handle It broke off in less than one year of use. Not suitable to frequent travelers.

The (internal height) of 20.3" is incorrect - it is nowhere near that (18.5").

Great Bag - Just Bought Another For My Wife

One trip and the handle is getting jammed
We have taken one international trip and the handle is now sticking… disappointing for a Samsung piece and it’s not in stock anymore from where I purchased it

Wonderful carrier!

Ideal carry-on.
This Carry-on answers every need about a carry-on box. It's size/weight is airline approved, expandable, multiple pockets, and strong. Great for a 3 day trip.

Vacation ready

I like the size of it since it’s big enough that I can be well packed for a vacation while also being small enough that I could get away with it being a carry on. Perfect size!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just went to Disneyland and this came just in time. Was the perfect size to put my kids clothes and shoes in to stay for a few days. So light weight they were able to carry it up a flight of stairs themselves. Rolls really smooth and does not tip over.
