Disappointed. Not durable.
Very disappointed. Both zippers broke off the very first trip. I had to tape my bag shut during travel. I previously had a Samsonite suitcase that lasted me 20+ years with no issues. It seems the quality and durability is not what it once was.

Great carry on bag
Great bag so far. Fits well in overhead bins on multiple airlines. Only complaint is I wish the charging port on the top was USB-C

Perfect for quick, on-the-go.

Traveling Abroad
Well made. It’s light but not flimsy. The wheels work great. I will be traveling abroad and my last 2 suitcases were not Samsonite and did not make it.

Firm favorite
Added a 5th one to our collection we love it so much! We travel overseas quite a bit and these bags have lasted through bumps and rough handling and still come off the belt looking great! Lots of packing space and not too heavy.

We haven't bought a new Sampsonite in 40 years! This case is excellent! Too bad the luggage handlers are so rough. The roughed up the finish pretty good on the first use.

Broken zipper, day 1, before use
Zipper on the liquids pocket is broken, haven’t even had a chance to pack it yet. Everything else appears ok at the moment

Meets New TSA carry-on limits
The new smaller carry-on limits went into effect in January 2026. This causes us to look for new luggage and our experience shows that Samsonite is by far the best option. The bags are sturdy and the wheels are backed up with a warranty. Having had to drag luggage with broken wheels through an airport is bad news when on vacation. It’s lightweight!!
It’s a well made (well, it’s Samsonite) and it’s LIGHTWEIGHT, which imo is the most important thing about carry ons. Weight is critical when one has to lift the case in a crowded airplane to put it in the carrier container above the seat.
Has anyone noticed how much digging one has to do to find the weight in suitcase descriptions.

Great Products
Have used Samsonite luggage for over 50 years, extremely durable products, my wife and I decided to upgrade our larger pieces and did not hesitate to purchase Samsonite luggage. My son will take our older pieces that still work fine.

Love this product
Would highly recommend this product. I was surprised at the amount of clothing and accessories that it holds. It is lightweight and rolls so smoothly. It is the perfect carry-on!

Excellent luggage
Perfect spin luggage and very durable. The luggage expands and holds enough clothes for 4 to 5 days. When traveling through the airport the luggage looks stylish and rolls well.

Samsonite Outline Pro
I’m using the Samsonite Outline Pro for the first time on my trip to Japan. 25” version is very spacious with a nice amount of pockets. Sturdy with no scratches and very smooth rolling wheels. Extremely lightweight so I’m not concerned about exceeding weight limits. Overall very satisfied.
