Disappointed in lack of follow up
Did a review and American Tourister said they would reach out shortly to make it right. 2 weeks later and nothing. I think that is for show as they respond to the review. Disappointed

Nice luggage

Great carry-on
I bought this on sale and now rely on it for nearly all of my travel. I used a somewhat larger version as checked luggage for a 12 day trip to Italy in the Spring. 4 Kix 2.0. Carry-On or Checked?
The 4 Kix 2.0 is called a Carry-On. This Carry-On is therefore limited to only three of all the airlines listed on the size chart. The number of airlines listed is not a few. Excellent features

Can Not Stand On It's Own Four Wheels

The 1" expansion isn't much and to make it worse, the expansion is with a zipper around 3 sides only. The wheel-side does not expand at all.
