Breaks too easily in normal use.
This is my second evaluation on American Tourister. My suitcase frame broke in less than a year. AT last reported they would contact me to discuss “making it right” - they never followed up.
When I called customer service their response was “the airline must have damaged it so talk to them.”

Breaks too easily in normal use.

Disappointment
I took my luggage on vacation for the first time and my zipper continues to get stuck and nothing is blocking it. I’m truly disappointed

Perfect size, material, and color
Beautiful color and perfect size. I got it for someone as a gift and they loved it. I like the inside pocket and the fabric. The wheels seem super sturdy too

Happy with Stratum Carry Ons
Haven’t taken it on a trip yet, but we are very happy with the handle and wheels, which are smooth as butter! Wish there was a mesh flap on both halves of the interior -that would’ve made it perfect!

Great suitcase
