Flimsy & Poor Value for the Money
I received the a Stratum as a gift a year ago. After its third use - an uneventful direct flight - I noticed a long hairline-type fracture along one of the suitcase's curved edges. Other than that the case looks pristine but it's going into the landfill. Although this suitcase was inexpensive, it was a remarkably poor value considering its durability.

Perfect size

Wonderful
Holds a lot. Wheels work flawlessly. Would buy again. Only issue is no built in lock but that's not a deal breaker.

Fits a lot but handle broke
This was a great carry on showcase the first few times I used it - it fits so much, the zips are great quality, and it wheels well. Unfortunately the pull out handle has broken - the top part of the handle has come out while the second half is stuck in the suitcase itself.

A great buy.
This is a strong sturdy suitcase, lots of space, nice solid shell. Easy to identify in the line up and on the carousel.

Quality lacking
Received a used piece of luggage. Now have to send back and reorder in hopes it arrives before my trip. Usually good product. Got a set I’ve had for about a year but unhappy with the wear. Flown six times and it looks ten years old. Quality not what you expect

Zipper failure
Overall, the bag was okay but after only a year or two of use, the zipper that provides the expansion zipper broke.

Wrong dimensions
The actual dimension is 20.5 x 14.5 x 9.5" weight 7 lbs. Otherwise it seems well build but I just wish it is couple inches longer.
