Can reuse the solution bottle and use reusable pad
Love this product for these reasons the solution bottles can be reused for other cleaning solutions and you can buy microfiber reusable pads for it as well save alot of money by doing this. I use other cleaning solutions in my bottle and bought a o cedar refill microfiber mop pad which fit perfectly. i wont have to keep buying the swifter only brand to use my power mop.

First disappointment ever in a swiffer product!!
I am so disappointed in the power mop. The handle is flimsy and continuously unsnaps. The refills. pads are ridiculously priced. Going through multiple ones to fully do floor. Wish I would have stuck with the good ol original swiffer. Won't recommend to anyone.

Didn't Last - Won't work
Only on my second bottle of cleaner and it won't work. Put in new batteries and nothing!

Garbage!
Garbage! That's where BOTH of the two (2) that I purchased ended up at... Both of them just STOPPED working... Yes, I even put new batteries in them and still nothing... Works well when its working as it should, but when it just stops... it is useless... Will NOT buy again.... Stopped spraying
Worked good for awhile then stopped spraying just drizzled out. I have changed the batteries and still same thing. How can I fix the problem?

Hello Kat! I'm sorry to hear that your Swiffer PowerMop has stopped spraying properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue: 1. Check the Solution Bottle: Ensure that the solution bottle is securely clicked into place and not empty. If it is empty, replace it with a new one. 2. Priming the Mop: Your Swiffer PowerMop may need to be primed. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You might also need to gently squeeze the solution bottle while pressing the spray button. 3. Clogged Nozzles: The nozzles could be clogged. Try gently brushing them to help them start spraying again. 4. Assembly Check: Double-check that all pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly. If the issue persists after trying these steps, please give us a call at (800) 742-9220, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Don’t buy this product
I thought it will work good because it’s quite expensive but after a month it stopped working. I have changed the batteries and did everything that I can do but nothing worked. Very disappointed with the product.

Doesn't work long
I have only used it a total of maybe 10-12 times and it has stopped working already. I changed the batteries tried to clean the nozzles and nothing. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money
Stopped working after only about a year, in almost new condition. Garbage for something that’s not cheap.

The new fresh scent with pink flowers made my dau.
I’ve always liked this product. But the new freshness scent with pink flowers made my daughter and mother have a full on asthma attack. It was very scary. Hopefully this company can look into this. None of the other scents have done this.

Didn’t work, have to return
Was really excited to use but when I got home and opened it I saw the battery were suppose to be had no metals or springs ( the batteries just fell out so obviously something was missing ) and the product didn’t work at all I have it sitting on the table because now I have to go return it and who has time to do all that, that’s the point of the mop because you don’t got...

Do not waste your money!
I am so very disappointed in my swiffer power mop. It is such a waste of money. Please do not waste funds on a purchase of this product. Not only are the pads, not reusable or washable (and very expensive to replace), the sprayer does not spray at all, and of course, the liquid furnished does not last very long. Mop padswill not stick
I just don't get it. Recently purhased this product because I thought it would be perfect for my hardwood floors and I cannot get the mop pads to stick. Followed the intructions to a T and I can't get it to stay put. Watched videos and tried again ... still no luck. I am putting the pad on the floor, lining up the strips and pushing down. Worst swiffer ever
Absolutely a WASTE OF MONEY. I already went through 2 of these things and I am disgusted. The first one the handle snapped in two . So I taped it. After that the motor refused to work. Now my second one just died as well . I am not abusive to these mops . I thought it was the batteries . I put in brand new ones. It still won't work. Never again . Just wasted my mone...

Do not like the product !
I really regret buying this product. It didn’t come with any assembly instructions nor were they online. I did figure it out tho. Then one of the pads wouldn’t stick so I guess I’ll use tape to hold it in place. Also, the sprayer button is right where my hand goes so that wasted a lot of the cleaning solution. Regarding the pad not sticking, please ensure that the printed side is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips are facing the floor. In addition sometimes, if the mop head is dirty, the pads may not attach properly. Cleaning the mop head before attaching the pad can help. You might also try spraying some solution on the pad before attaching it, as this can create friction that helps it stick. waste of money
used mop 1 full room, died halfway through 2nd room, changed batteries, but still doesn't; work. Power switch problem?? total waste of money!

I Have to find batteries before I can test the mop
I purchased the Power Mop Mopping Kit. It says on the box, batteries included. There are no batteries in this kit.

The locking mechanisms on the handle stink.
The handle on my mop is defective. It doesn’t lock in place. It constantly falls apart. It’s ridiculous. You pay this amount of money and this is what you want and this is not what you get.

not the best of the Swiffer line of products
pad is too difficult to use until it is very wet. I have to put the cleaning pad under water first to get it wet or it will not move across my flooring and eventually it starts to come off.
