Can reuse the solution bottle and use reusable pad
Love this product for these reasons the solution bottles can be reused for other cleaning solutions and you can buy microfiber reusable pads for it as well save alot of money by doing this. I use other cleaning solutions in my bottle and bought a o cedar refill microfiber mop pad which fit perfectly. i wont have to keep buying the swifter only brand to use my power mop.

Do not like the product !
I really regret buying this product. It didn’t come with any assembly instructions nor were they online. I did figure it out tho. Then one of the pads wouldn’t stick so I guess I’ll use tape to hold it in place. Also, the sprayer button is right where my hand goes so that wasted a lot of the cleaning solution. I can’t say it cleans any better than the original S...

Regarding the pad not sticking, please ensure that the printed side is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips are facing the floor. In addition sometimes, if the mop head is dirty, the pads may not attach properly. Cleaning the mop head before attaching the pad can help. You might also try spraying some solution on the pad before attaching it, as this can create friction that helps it stick. used mop 1 full room, died halfway through 2nd room, changed batteries, but still doesn't; work. Power switch problem?? total waste of money!

I Have to find batteries before I can test the mop
I purchased the Power Mop Mopping Kit. It says on the box, batteries included. There are no batteries in this kit.

The locking mechanisms on the handle stink.
The handle on my mop is defective. It doesn’t lock in place. It constantly falls apart. It’s ridiculous. You pay this amount of money and this is what you want and this is not what you get.

not the best of the Swiffer line of products
pad is too difficult to use until it is very wet. I have to put the cleaning pad under water first to get it wet or it will not move across my flooring and eventually it starts to come off.

After 5 months, the spray stopped working, I changed the batteries twice with different brands and nothing. It just died.

Worthless mop!!
The wet jet mop was so much better!!! This mop is absolutely worthless as it just pushes around dust dirt hair & never picks up anything into the mop… I have to then try to sweep up wet dirt of floor. Wish I could return it.

Why fix what ain't broke!? Idc for this version.
The batteries pop out often.
The pressure of the mop pad to the floor is only in the middle.
The new, more expensive pads don't clean as well. The "fingers" are supposed to get in cracks better, but they don't.

Waste of money
Total waste of money. Though it would be a good alternative to a regular mop since I do not have a large floor area to clean but after a couple months the pump just stops working. Also the size of the mop elements is such that you are forced to buy just 1 specific replacement and the other "mop" options from the company will not work. Definitely not worth the money they...

Piece of junk
Used it once and was so unimpressed I forgot about it. Its been hanging in my garage. Picked it up to use today, after 6 months later and the handle came apart and the new velco pad won't stick. Very expensive and wasteful one use product.

Absolute junk. Two Wet Jets in a year and a half. Second one lasted 6 months before not spraying. Nice idea but doesn't work. Better off using an old fashioned sponge mop.

This product is awful
It constantly disconnects and having to do it 10 times every single use the wiring can get damaged and start making it glitch and spraying the liquid 10/10 DON’T recommend.

Poor, poor product design
I purchased the Wet Jet. Unfortunately, it was purchased before the battery models, and after a short while the jets clogged and the unit was useless. I am very disappointed.

Stooped working after about 4 uses.
I purchased a Swifter Power Mop and used it just a few times. It worked as well as expected. After about 4 weeks, using it once ot twice a week, the sprawling motor stopped working. I changed the batteries a few times and still didn't work. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the quality of your product.

I'm very disappointed
I just got mine this morning and I decided to wash my tile kitchen floor. The "fresh scent" is awful! My eyes are burning and the odor is intolerable. I have a terribe headache as I type this. If the scent is too strong, we recommend ventilating the area by opening windows and running a fan. This product is perfect for my household
Overall, I like the product. I just have one issue. The connecting piece will not stay connected. Idk if I got a defective one or what but its the only issue I have with the mop.

Nope!
We have a 1600 sq ft house. The three bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is vinyl planking. I could NOT even mop the house twice using the bottle of cleaner which came with the mop!
NOT what I expected. It did do a good job, but NOT worth the price 🫤
