Can reuse the solution bottle and use reusable pad
Love this product for these reasons the solution bottles can be reused for other cleaning solutions and you can buy microfiber reusable pads for it as well save alot of money by doing this. I use other cleaning solutions in my bottle and bought a o cedar refill microfiber mop pad which fit perfectly. i wont have to keep buying the swifter only brand to use my power mop.

Junk
Absolute junk. Two Wet Jets in a year and a half. Second one lasted 6 months before not spraying. Nice idea but doesn't work. Better off using an old fashioned sponge mop.

Piece of junk
Used it once and was so unimpressed I forgot about it. Its been hanging in my garage. Picked it up to use today, after 6 months later and the handle came apart and the new velco pad won't stick. Very expensive and wasteful one use product.

This product is awful
It constantly disconnects and having to do it 10 times every single use the wiring can get damaged and start making it glitch and spraying the liquid 10/10 DON’T recommend.

Poor, poor product design
I purchased the Wet Jet. Unfortunately, it was purchased before the battery models, and after a short while the jets clogged and the unit was useless. I am very disappointed.

Stooped working after about 4 uses.
I purchased a Swifter Power Mop and used it just a few times. It worked as well as expected. After about 4 weeks, using it once ot twice a week, the sprawling motor stopped working. I changed the batteries a few times and still didn't work. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the quality of your product.

I'm very disappointed
I just got mine this morning and I decided to wash my tile kitchen floor. The "fresh scent" is awful! My eyes are burning and the odor is intolerable. I have a terribe headache as I type this. People claim the smell dissipates after 2 hours but I can't make it to one hour. I need to re-wash the floor. The mop itself is made for short people so after washing a really sma...

It sounds like you already have, but please discontinue the use of the PowerMop and set it aside in case we need to collect it.
When we design our products, we do extensive research and consumer testing to create features that we think you will love. We know that preferences can vary from person to person, though, so we really appreciate your taking the time to reach out. If the scent is too strong, we recommend ventilating the area by opening windows and running a fan. Rinse the floor with clean water to remove any soap residue and make sure not to use excessive water. Drying the floor with a clean, dry mop or towel will also help with remaining moisture.

This product is perfect for my household
Overall, I like the product. I just have one issue. The connecting piece will not stay connected. Idk if I got a defective one or what but its the only issue I have with the mop.

Nope!
We have a 1600 sq ft house. The three bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is vinyl planking. I could NOT even mop the house twice using the bottle of cleaner which came with the mop!
NOT what I expected. It did do a good job, but NOT worth the price 🫤

Works awesome
I’m not sure how so many people are having such a hard time when I am not; most everything fails for me but not this.

This product is no good.
I used it a few times and now it no longer squirts the cleaning solution. It is useless to me. I did not save my receipt, so it is now a waste of money.

We’re sure you did this, but please replace the batteries with fresh AA alkaline batteries and ensure they’re inserted the correct way. Double-check that the battery compartment clicks into place when attaching it back to the mop.
Once that is done, please check that all the pieces of the pole were snapped properly and that the solution bottle is not empty and is clicked into place. Please also check that the nozzles are not clogged by brushing them gently.
Your Swiffer PowerMop may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.

3 mops in less than 2 weeks
This is my third mop in less than 2 weeks. Not sure if there’s a bad “batch” but everyone I’ve bought works for 2 days then doesn’t work at all. Changed batteries, changed bottles, and no spray. The first mop I thought was a fluke but after the 3rd mop, I’m beginning to wonder!!! Do better Swiffer!!

Less work than a wet mop but not much less
I bought this to replace a traditional wet sponge mop. Better but not quite much-better. Replacing the dirty pad is a hit-miss proposition. The Velcro-like strips used to hold the pad to the head aren’t strong enough to secure the pad. When dirt gets into the securing strip it loosens up real fast. Will not buy again.
Absolutely no indication on either the mop or refill packaging that the refills are slightly different width between the wetjet and power mop, so now I have a box of refills that are just about 2 inches too narrow to be useful. There is no excuse for the omission of this obviously relevant information, how hard would it be to put the width of the refills on the package,...

Just so you're aware, the pad dimensions are printed on the outside front of the packaging. pad does not stay on
Super disappointed! Upgraded to a new swiffer power mop and the darn pads do not stay on the bottom! GRRRR. I wonder if the mop is defective or possibley the pads.

Not happy
I'm disappointed with this mop, I thought Piwer mop meant the pad would move or something. The power seems to be for the solution, and to top it off the battery pack holder fell off and got some reason I can't find it, knowing me, I threw it away not knowing what it was. I'll have to trash the mop, such a waste of 30 dollars.

Thought it would have lasted much longer!
I say 4 stars ⭐️ I love the convenience of this mop so much. I’ve had it for about a year. But, I am so disappointed to say, it completely died on me the other day. I’ve changed the batteries several times, cleaned the nozzles, and nothing seems to make it work! So 1 ⭐️ for longevity. My question to you is, what am I doing wrong?

Waste of Money
Save your money... I would have given this a zero out of five had this for less than a year maybe used it twice and no longer works changed the batteries and no power. Was excited to purchase this initially that I purchased extra cleaning fluid and pads that I can't use. Waste of money, garbage.

Wished I'd never bought this horrible product!!
This power mop barely sprays water. I've changed batteries and no difference. Im going back to my 4 battery swiffer. The company should have left well enough alone and never gone to a 2 battery system. Guess I'll trash my power mop. Wished I had never bought it!! Total waste of money!
