Amazing power mop
I am so happy to have the Swiffer PowerMop MultiSurface Kit. This product is the absolute best! The mop works incredibly and makes my cleaning jobs exceptionally easier and quicker. I highly recommend this product to all!

cleaned great till it clogged
i cannot get the jets to spray after approximately one month of use. have tried all manner of ways to unclog, but nothing works.

Cheaply made. Failed within 2 months of normal use
Stopped working conveniently just after the 30 day money back guarantee expired. Replaced the batteries, checked for clogs. Spraying motor not responding for no reason. Clearly cheaply made and will die before you get your money’s worth.

I purchased a Power Mop in August. I love the product and was happy to have a coupon to get such a good price. Won't last longer than a year
My power mop stopped spraying. Solution is full, new batteries inserted properly and nozzles cleared. Still won't spraying. Contacted p&g swiffer and was offered a coupon that will not cover the cost of a replacement. I should have lied and said I had the thing 7 months. Online complaints about the motor dying. They know they have an issue with these mops, so why give $...

Product stopped working almost a year of use.
I bought this a year ago. Purchased a lot of pads and replacement cleaner.it stopped working just has trickles of fluid. I cleaned it and also replaced the batteries. The batteries are not the issue. Now I am left with extra supplies and no mop.

Came without battery pack, which makes it useless.
I am very disappointed. I paid almost $20.00 for this and I cannot use it. It came without a battery pack. Because it was unopened and iontact from the mfg,. the retailer will not take responsabilty because it arrived missing the pack. I have a $20 somehing piece of junk.

Where does the battery go????
I love this mop, it’s perfect for my kitchen area and my hallway! I’m having an issue now though, I have to replace the battery but there is no battery pack or I’m just not seeing where the battery is!!!!!! Can someone help me out with this

Great product.
I love this mop.
I use my own solution and just spray the floor. I often have stops that need to sit a minute.
I can use one mop head for my whole house.
I have been able to buy microfiber velcro pads online that are washable.
I love that the mop head is a little bigger. Makes mopping my big housr quicker. It's bigger but not to big like the XL was.

Don’t waste your money
This is the worse product. I ordered one and it didn’t spray, only bubbled. Used YouTube to help me fix problem, went to website for help. Received my second one. Didn’t squirt out “soap” at all. Absolutely disappointed. It's cheaply made and feels like the handle will break. I've used other models of swiffers and they've never been as bad.

No, stop spraying
Had it for 6 months, and took a dump, which really stinks. I really liked it. It stop spraying very disppointing. So I guess I well try to find something else will last longer then 6 months.

This is an outstanding product we had new hardwood

This product is garbage. I bought 3 of them . Shame on me and the motor died in two uses. Yes the batteries are new.

Runs out of solution too quickly
Cleaning fluid runs out twice as fast as my old Swiffer. A bigger container would be great.

Very frustrating design. Can’t open the handle because i want to return it. Upper handle is easy to open but lower one is impossible to open. After use floor is all dirty.
