Amazing power mop
I am so happy to have the Swiffer PowerMop MultiSurface Kit. This product is the absolute best! The mop works incredibly and makes my cleaning jobs exceptionally easier and quicker. I highly recommend this product to all!

cleaned great till it clogged
i cannot get the jets to spray after approximately one month of use. have tried all manner of ways to unclog, but nothing works.

Would not recommend until problem fixed
Cleans well but refill keep popping out, would like my money back for product including refills and pad

Horrible!!!! Stop work for no reason!!!
If he’s none I would give!!! In less the 2 months I purchased 2 of this mop for floor and both them stop worked!! Money waisted!!! We change batteries, try open to see if anything was desconect and nothing worked!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Mop pad won’t stay on.
My NEW Swiffer Power Mop head does NOT look like the one in the video! IF it was the same perhaps the pads would actually adhere to the mop. I have had issues with my wet jet mop heads adhering & now they won’t stay on my brand new power mop. I will be returning the power mop!

Disappointing-cheaply made
I really like this mop when it works. The problem is that it stops working after a few months. I purchased a second mop because the first one stopped working. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Product doesnt work
On my 3rd unit and it to has stopped spraying. As 2x before, completed all the recommended steps but nothing. Expensive piece of garbage

The product is in no way what I thought it would .
Pads don’t stick. Other than a bit wider, not much difference between the lighter swiffer.

Missing parts on brand new purchase
Looks like it might be a useful product - but I bought it brand new in an undamaged, unopened package - and it was missing the battery pack on the back. So it’s completely unusable.

Not worth the money.
So excited to try this mop but ended up very dissatisfied. The handle came off showed the wire hanging between stick every time I mop the floor. I have to stop and put them back together every time it came off which is very annoying!

Would not recommend
I'm over 65 with shoulder issues, so it being lightweight was what got my attention. I wanted to love this product, but I would not recommend. Mop stop working after first bottle of solution used up. Changed batteries and nothing. Solution did not break down stains and dirt as advertised, so I had to work hard at scrubbing to get up dirt and stains. Couldn't find receip...

Could be perfect but has one major common flaw
I love how convenient and easy it is to use but that battery pack is a problem. If I look at it wrong, it falls out. Now it's missing. I bought the mop for my father with dementia to help keep his place clean. One of his aides must've looked at it the wrong way this time and now it's nowhere to be found. A bad product. I lost the battery compartment in a moving and now the mop is useless, and no wher I can find that part. It is bad for our planet. DONT BUY IT

Broke second use

When it works it’s great.
It’s a great product in theory. Just made poorly. Battery compartment does fall off. You can’t get a new one without rebuying the clunker. Proctor and gamble have horrible customer service. They really could care less they have your money now.

Junk!
Only worked one time! Motor failed after first use. Don't waste your money, you get stuck with a mop that doesn't work, expensive mope pads and solution that can't be used

Look elsewhere
(Fresh scent) Smells Great! Cleans well but, Killer on the back. I’m not considered tall and can’t imagine a tall person trying to use this thing. It needs to be adjustable. I won’t be using this again. Considering trying out the Money Back Guarantee.

It was amazing until I couldn’t use it
I loved my power mop but my battery compartment came off so easily and they don’t make them separate battery compartment so even after I just bought two bottles of the refill solution I can’t use it!

Bottle does not click in.
I loved my trusty swiffer sweeper that lasted about 6 years before it finally died so I was excited for this new seemingly upgraded version. The bottle will NOT stay locked in.
