Amazing power mop
I am so happy to have the Swiffer PowerMop MultiSurface Kit. This product is the absolute best! The mop works incredibly and makes my cleaning jobs exceptionally easier and quicker. I highly recommend this product to all!

cleaned great till it clogged
i cannot get the jets to spray after approximately one month of use. have tried all manner of ways to unclog, but nothing works.

Great Product and Does Great Job
This is an outstanding product we had new hardwood

Runs out of solution too quickly
Cleaning fluid runs out twice as fast as my old Swiffer. A bigger container would be great.

Very frustrating design. Can’t open the handle because i want to return it. Upper handle is easy to open but lower one is impossible to open. After use floor is all dirty.

Cheap quality
The tab that holds the handle in place keeps coming loose causing the pieces to come apart and the length of the full handle is shorter than I would expect. I'm 5'5" and fell like im "hunching" over to use it. When I do use it, the power mop is better than wetjet.

HANDLE IS A MENANCE!!
I'm sorry I spent the bucks on this one. I thought it would be great for my wood floors, but the that loop on the handle is CONSTANTLY getting caught up in shirt. It's maddening!! I seems to work okay cleaning, but the mop head doesn't stay "fluffy" and seems to leave bits behind.

I have only had the mop for less then 60 days and it will not spray out. I have replaced batteries and it is still not working. I had my old swiffer mop for years and not a problem.

Poor Design
Love this product, but the assembly of the handle is cheap and ineffective. It comes disassembled in a small box and the handle clicks together with small pins that are too small and allow the handle to slip over the top of the pin, constantly disassembling the handle as you mop. A better design would greatly improve the value of this product.

Cleans Well But Fragrance Is Too Strong
I’ve only had the power mop for a few days. I found it very easy to set up. However, I agree with other reviews that the cleaning solution is way too strong. My husband started getting a headache and coughing when he came in the house. We are more used to something like Mr. Clean or something unscented. Useless and unusable
I bought this in hopes of upgrading my regular swiffer but I was sadly disappointed. I opened my power mop just to find out the battery pack was not in the box (the compartment that you put batteries in). The biggest waste of $30 dollars.

Horrible!!!! Stop work for no reason!!!
If he’s none I would give!!! In less the 2 months I purchased 2 of this mop for floor and both them stop worked!! Money waisted!!! We change batteries, try open to see if anything was desconect and nothing worked!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Mop pad won’t stay on.
My NEW Swiffer Power Mop head does NOT look like the one in the video! IF it was the same perhaps the pads would actually adhere to the mop. I have had issues with my wet jet mop heads adhering & now they won’t stay on my brand new power mop. I will be returning the power mop!

Product doesnt work
On my 3rd unit and it to has stopped spraying. As 2x before, completed all the recommended steps but nothing. Expensive piece of garbage

Pads don’t stick. Other than a bit wider, not much difference between the lighter swiffer.
