Amazing power mop
I am so happy to have the Swiffer PowerMop MultiSurface Kit. This product is the absolute best! The mop works incredibly and makes my cleaning jobs exceptionally easier and quicker. I highly recommend this product to all!

cleaned great till it clogged
i cannot get the jets to spray after approximately one month of use. have tried all manner of ways to unclog, but nothing works.

Look elsewhere
(Fresh scent) Smells Great! Cleans well but, Killer on the back. I’m not considered tall and can’t imagine a tall person trying to use this thing. It needs to be adjustable. I won’t be using this again. Considering trying out the Money Back Guarantee.

It was amazing until I couldn’t use it
I loved my power mop but my battery compartment came off so easily and they don’t make them separate battery compartment so even after I just bought two bottles of the refill solution I can’t use it!

Bottle does not click in.
I loved my trusty swiffer sweeper that lasted about 6 years before it finally died so I was excited for this new seemingly upgraded version. The bottle will NOT stay locked in. It keeps popping up and out of the device and I have to hold it down to get any spray out. I am no weak lady- I am certain I am pushing hard enough, especially given watching videos of other peop...

Don't buy it!
Love the Power Mop, we foster puppies and I have a daycare in my home, this makes clean up so much easier for me. Unfortunately after less than a year it no longer works. Extremely disappointing. I'm reading a lot of this in the reviews, clearly you are NOT extensively testing this product. What a waste of money. Also the money back guarantee is only good for a month. W...

Pump Quit
Worked great for a couple of months, but started not working, and now the pump doesn't work at all. Changed batteries twice, and nothing. Awfully expensive for a dust mop. Doesn't last. Would not recommend.

I love them but….
I have had a couple of these and I live them but….. where I have a problem is the handle does not stay clicked in. Even having the rubber covering the little tab that is supposed to hold it in place does not stay locked. I am constantly having to shift the pole to try to get them to stay locked. I’m not sure how to remedy this, but you need to make the little pins longe...

Ok, but needs more thought into replacing parts.
I like how it turns, but if you misplaced the battery pack you cannot just order it. I have looked on EVERY site that I can think of to find a replacement but have to just buy another mop. Can't do it. Will try to find something comparable.

Very disappointing
Product was great for about 4 weeks. Then it DIED! Customer service sent me a replacement and it DIED in less than a week! Will never buy another Swiffer product again.

Handle does not stay connected
It's a great mop except for one flaw that destroys the whole thing. You have to assemble the handle. Ever since day one my handle does not stay together. So I'm left leaning over holding both parts together every time I mop. Otherwise I would love this mop.

Product not as expected
I needed a new mop and saw this one advertised, so I thought I would try it. It worked great until I went to add a new pad. The pad would not stick like it was supposed to. I still can't get it to stick and I've been trying for 2 weeks.

Terrible handle design
The handle on the Power Mop is too short. Also the curve of the top of the handle is uncomfortable and always catches on my shirt and hits me in the stomach as I am trying to use it. My back always hurts after mopping with it because of how I have to try to hold it. It's awful. I am 5'5 and my son is 6'2 and he has the same issue. It is VERY short for him.

DO NOT BUY THEY DON’T LAST 2 in 1 yr both broken
DO NOT BUY! I purchased my 1st one a year ago, when it works it”s great BUT 1 year in it broke, what a disappointment. Thinking it might be what you would call a lemon, I head out to purchase another one, BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE! I used it a total of 4 times and it is now good for the garbage yet again

Not worth the cost
My Swiffer Power mop handle broke after the first use, so every time I use the handle, it separates, making for a frustrating experience. The button that is supposed to keep the handle attached keeps coming apart. I would not recommend for the cost.

This product is exactly what I need
I love this product! It's easy to use, especially when you need to quickly clean up a spill on the floor. I also like the swivel head feature that let's me mop tight against the wall and the floor

Poor
Garbage, the pad does not stick to the mop, the solution is expensive. I'll just use water and go on my knees to clean. I don't recognise product it's not good.

Worked great when new… not at all now
When I got this I was so excited. New out of the box it worked perfectly for what I needed. I ran out of cleaning strips so it sat for a month. It now does not spray at all. I have replaced the batteries twice from different packages. It is worthless now. This is the same reason I had to replace my wetjet with this one. Save your money.

My expectations hve more than been met
So easy and does a great job. My entire place is LVP flooring and I use the power mop constantly. No fuss- no bucket- no going to the sink .

Could be better
Love using it for a quick clean up. But still use my mop with disinfectant cleaning solution. Maybe you can come out with a disinfected solution, especially for the bathroom
