No so unbreakable...
I enjoyed using this pencil tremendously...until the metal tube that holds the lead at the tip fell off. I cannot even find a replacement screw on tip. It's not the money, it's the waste of a perfectly good (great even) piece of plastic.

Writes clearly
Good size lead for darker clear writing. Handy side clip. I love it for notations on my sheet music.

The eraser doesn't work well.
I bought them for my 4 grandkids, 8 and 9 year olds. They really liked them and the lead never broke! However when they used the eraser it slowly spun back into the pencil barrel. They eventually stopped using it and got a separate eraser.

They really are break resistant. I am really rough on my mechanical pencils and I have yet to break the lead on this one. Highly highly recommend. 10/10!!!

Useless if you can't refill a refillable pencil
Why? Every other pencil you just pop out the eraser and add the lead. Not these. You can take the eraser out, sure, that parts easy. There is no hole in which to put the lead. I was so excited about these, but now they are just trash to be thrown out.
