Missing feature
The XLR mic input does not work. Regret even buying this, as the main reason I got it was for the mic. Tried looking online for fixes, but it seems others have had the same issue. Crazy.

One of my favorite products.
Really easy to use—as soon as the software is downloaded, there are buttons that open step-by-step guides.
The dials are pretty nice; they have a good grip and don’t feel cheap. The buttons feel good to click, and you can tell they really put thought into that as well.

Great features but faulty
Been dreaming of having this deck for a long time. I only receved it yesterday and some of the buttons are stickey. Makes this product not enjoyable.

Such an upgrade!
I upgraded to the Stream Deck+ after owning the original Stream Deck for years. I use their capture card and keylights as well, so being able to control them all with the knobs is a game changer that feels really nice to use. Due to the knobs there aren't as many buttons but I don't really mind that at all since I use folders. Highly recommend!

Can't live without
This is my go to device for all things audio, having my music separate from games and browsers makes it super easy to adjust on the fly both on and off stream! Can't go back to the default windows mixer

Mostly good, but the software needs an update.
Product is durable, but has intermittent issues with the LCD screen for the dials and the control center plugin loses connection with my KeyLight minis randomly. Overall it is

Awesome Product - some bugs on touch screen
This is an amazing product. Very customizable.
There are however a number of bugs with the touch screen. Touching it can randomly activate randomly dial plugins, or it will switch the page. You never know which it will do.
I also find the buttons to be loose. It would be much better if they were touch capacitive instead.

Fantastic for my workflow
Got this around Christmas time and have just fallen in love with it. Fantastic for general productivity and is great for editors with the new dials.

ALMOST Perfect!
I love it! Definitely makes every other model pointless with it's functionality. If this thing had a sampler, it would completely take the place of my Mixer. Only reason for four stars is because of the design of the base. The cord hangs from the back and it cant lay flesh on the table.

This is just fantastic!!!
I bought this on a hunch that with the new rotary dials, it might be just the thing to use with XPlane for autopilot/flight director controls. I use it on a Mac.

What a powerful tool!
The customization on this thing is incredible, from touchscreen background to customized icons. I've used the Stream Deck before this and Its a must have in my setup.

Amazing
If you take the time to program all the short cut keys and fancy it up with custom icons this device is amazing. I've spend about 6 hours programing/setting up a system for InDesign. Been waiting for this for a while
Let me say this - there are other similar hardware solutions that might be even better built BUT Elgato software is UNPARALLEL. You will never find anything that will give you so much control. Other companies fail to understand that. Hardware is useless without great software and Elgato is the software king!

Replaced my GoXLR Mini
Being able to replace my GoXLR mini was top tier. It was super simple to setup, recognised all my audio devices immediately and now I can creat multiple profiles for each of the games I play by swiping the touch screen!
