Smooth
Very easy to use. I transferred 38 GB of images from my old XP to my Windows 11 PC. Worked like a charm. Was amazed how easy it was. No worries. I would recommend it in a second.

Seagate 1 TB
I added a Seagate this time to my two earlier Western Digitals but they are all equal to the task. Not a heavy user but I like my data secure. Easy to use and fast.

Lack of care when packaging for shipping.
Hard drive works fine. Aside from this when I went to open the box the air pillows surrounding the box with the HD in it were flat as in they did not have any air in them. I am unsure what the point of having them in the box was as they were surly not protecting the HD at all. Paper packaging would have been more helpful!
