Lack of care when packaging for shipping.
Hard drive works fine. Aside from this, when I went to open the box, the air pillows surrounding the box with the HD in it were flat as in they did not have any air in them. I am unsure what the point of having them in the box was as they were surly not protecting the HD at all. Paper packaging would have been more helpful!
