Small Group Interventions
This is one of my favorite books to use with my first graders struggling with ELAR skills. I tend to use this in small groups with about 3-4 students at a time. I let students go at their pace and act as a guide only when needed. They really enjoy this 1-1 with me at the table and feel like they are in control of their learning. I definitely recommend it!

Very nice skill based book
When I got this book, I could see a lot of uses for it. My first thought was for absent work packets, summer slide packets, or students who need to be in an intervention room all day. I also have a first grader for a son, so I think he will be working on this in the summer. The practice pages are colorful and inviting, the work is standards based. Very impressed.

GREAT RESOURCE
Love all of the skills that can be practiced with this book. Great as an extra student workbook, morning work, or extra practice. Also great if you tutor.
