Surface Pro 11 Upgrade
My 10-year old Surface 4 could not be upgraded to Windows 11 so a replacement was necessary. I am so satisfied with my previous Surface that I did not hesitate to replace it with the newest Surface. Thomas in the Tech department at the Keene NH store also deserves 5 stars. He was most helpful knowledgeable and patient with my purchasing process. His professionalism...

Used once and stopped working
I purchased this computer several months ago, but I didn't get a chance to set it up until now. I used it once and set up all my programs. The next time I went to use it, it was stuck on the windows icon screen. I attempted to reboot the computer, but that was unsuccessful. Now I'm in the process of creating a usb recovery disk and going through the 4+ hour process ...

Good quality overall
Generally this surface tablet is good to use. The biggest advantage to me is I could use the MS Office 365 license provided by the university since some profs still use word to process documents. The cons: it is heavy to put on a music stand, and don’t know if a 13” ipad is lighter or not.

Second Display Connection Issues
There is a serious problem when connecting to another dsiplay. Both the picture and the sound are garbled. I have to connect my old Surface Pro so that I can watch movies which I need to review as part of my work.
