Dented after 1st use
Finally had a chance to use this piece for the first time on an international trip and it got a big dent in the corner. I left Tumi for Samsonite because I always liked Samsonite’s quality. But, it looks like I may be looking for another brand.

Carry-On Spinner is smaller than advertised.
The actual dimensions of the Proxis Global Carry-On Spinner are different from what the website states. The tag of the actual suitcase is accurate: 21.5"x14.5"x8.2". The case does expand, but by only .5" so even when expanded it isn't as deep as the description states. Really frustrating and I'd go so far as to say deceiving. Decent one but also few frustrating issues
The positive - light, spacious, well engineered, nice wheels. Overall very happy pushing it around the airport. We had a substantial dent on our last flight but once we pushed it back it resumed its shape soon after.

Lost a wheel - do not buy.
Lost a wheel when going from IAD to ORD. Samonsite is not caring about us and likely shut down ebags because other brands make better quality gear than them. Big regret, do not buy.

Waste of your money
I purchased this luggage and was told it was the highest quality and the toughest shell. The salesman even told me a truck could run over this suitcase and it would survive. after a few flights. The shell has completely dented, and the wheels have popped in and the luggage is no longer usable. I spent multiple hours and more money trying to figure out a repair solution ...

Best checking luggage
