Everything I wanted, but...
The specifications were incorrect that the larger piece is 28". It is almost 27" tall, but that includes the wheels and handle. It was the exact same height and width of my 24" piece. I wanted something larger for longer trips. So just be aware these are 20" and 24" suitcases.

INCORRECT DIMENSIONS and NOT EXPANDABLE
The checked bag is NOT EXPANDABLE as answered by the STAPLES Care Team (it might expand by itself in hot climate).
Dimensions listed under the specifications are also INCORRECT, as real dimensions are 28x19x10 inches - the dept is not 15 inches.
Consequently, the real volume of the bag is reduced by 2660 in³ compared to what it would be based on the specifications and ...
