This was the perfect size set for a month in Japan. Enough room for essentials AND souvenirs! Smooth rolling no issues at all.

Lock can be changed by flipping through numbers
Not good. Trying to open it not knowing the code could end up changing your code. Very dangerous.

INCORRECT DIMENSIONS and NOT EXPANDABLE
The checked bag is NOT EXPANDABLE as answered by the STAPLES Care Team (it might expand by itself in hot climate). Dimensions listed under the specifications are also INCORRECT as real dimensions are 28x19x10 inches - the dept is not 15 inches. Consequently the real volume of the bag is reduced by 2660 in³ compared to what it would be based on the specifications and ...

Everything I wanted but...
The specifications were incorrect that the larger piece is 28". It is almost 27" tall but that includes the wheels and handle. It was the exact same height and width of my 24" piece. I wanted something larger for longer trips. So just be aware these are 20" and 24" suitcases.
