A pile of folded tissues at the bottom of the box
You put folded tissues in the bottom to make your boxes to look full, that seems wrong in so many ways. You no longer Inter fold tissues so now you half to work at just getting one tissue out at a time.really? just make your boxes smaller.

Not as thick as once was
I used to really love Puffs tissues. They were thicker than other brands. Within maybe the last 6 months, the tissues are noticeably thinner. I thought maybe I had a defective box or something but nope. While they are still softer than others I find I now need to use two instead of one. Very disappointing.

Clogged
I find that about half way thru every box (small) the tissues become clogged and I have to dig the bottom wad out and reconfigure it so the tissues can be pulled out individually.

inferior quality
I have been a Puffs user my entire life but I feel that the quality of your product has diminished greatly. Not only are they not economical anymore but they fall apart when pulling out of the box and the quantity has diminished as well. Therefore, I will no longer be buying your product.

This product is going downhill.
I have been a LONG time puffs user. The quality of puffs is not like it used to be. The tissues are hard and rough. I am going to check out other brands now.

Improper product packaging.
The last 8 boxes I purchased were not packaged properly. I prefer the boxes that do not pull out. I like them folded. They have not been full boxes because the bottom half are folded in half and take up a 1/4 of the box. Need to take more care in packaging the tissue. I give you 2 stars for packaging.

Why have you changed the density?
Why am I now needing to use 2 to 3 tissues together to get the same effect as I used to get with one, they are extremely thin?

Not even close to what it used to be
This tissue has gotten worse and worse. I have been buying Puffs for more than 30 years and the current product is so much worse than it used to be when it was Puffs Ultra Soft (without lotion). Thinner, plys come apart immediately. The only positive thing is much less dust.

Durable tissue
As a teacher in Puffs Ultra soft are the only tissue paper we use. The are durable and absorbent.
They last a long time also even having 20+ students.
These are scent free but I do personally buy the ones with scent.

This tissue sheds
I used Puffs Simple Softness for years and loved them...didn't want lotion and they met my needs. The ultra soft shed no matter how I use them. Who wants to walk around worrying that they have tissue on their face?! You're in the business of tissues! Why would you make a product like this? Please bring back a tissue without lotion that doesn't shed. Thank you
