I have this and the CR360. I use them for two locations in my shop. This one is a little smaller size but just as powerful and easy to use. I called the company with a question and they literally transferred me to a "Cash Register Expert" within a minute and we went on a facetime call for 15 minutes and he walked me through literally everything.
