Horrible and cheap
I have never hated a luggage more. The second time using this carry on the pull up handle broke. At the airport! Not only that but it falls over when it’s filled full. And you cannot have a LV duffle on it comfortably. This is such a stupid bag. I looked at using the warrenty but it is such a long and detailed process it’s just not worth the hassle. Very nice luggage, ready to travel
This has to be the nicest piece of luggage I've ever owned. Seems to be durable and should last for the rest of my traveling days. I intend to put it to the test as much as I can. Being retired now I plan on traveling every chance I get, therefore is the reason I went with Samsonite.
