Wonderful product for a recent cruise 🚢 .
Wow you can fit a lot in this case, but it’s still easy to maneuver. Like the midsize case it’s also a nice modern design, and it looks great in dark blue. There are lot of accessories inside, too many perhaps that will never get used. I appreciated the clear instructions on how to use and reset the lock. Extremely Disappointed – Quality Has Gone Downhill
I purchased three sizes of the SILHOUETTE 18 in black (hand carry, medium, and large) on July 4, and what a letdown. Right out of the box, I could tell something was wrong. The hand carry had a faded, discolored handle — black turned into a chalky white. Not what you expect from a new suitcase.

Very Disappointed Terrible Zippers
I am completely disappointed in the quality of this luggage. I purchased both the medium check in and the carry on. BOTH zippers were faulty. Both luggages were underweight and properly packed. Wonderful!
Package took a beating on the way here but the suitcase stayed intact, the slate is more blue than grey which I prefer for travelling. All in all a nice suitcase. 4 stars since I have not traveled with it yet!

No customer service
luggage tipped over an bent handle so tried to get replacement handle and told I needed to drive to the one and only repair shop in Mich. 2 hours 1 way and all they will do is send it in....
Called to get replacement handle as it's a easy fix but it's been over 6 weeks and still don't know if I will get one. luggage less than 6 months old when this happened.

Great Spinner Medium Suitcase!
Love the look. Purchased 2 & will be using for first time in 2wks. Have checked them out completely in our home, plenty of space packing components & they roll great! Expect all to be fine. Love the TSA locks, too!
