New defective
I bought this bag after being given a coupon for another bag (out of warranty) who's wheels I could not replace since the parts were not available. I loved everything about this bag until I put it to use on my first trip - the bag came new defective. The handle kept collapsing on me while pushing the bag forward. I had to reach back out, and sent the bag to a repair sta...

SIZE!
Great size and held up well during travel! The dark navy is a beautiful color and the extra organizers were fun!
