When you take a Puffs tissue, you should be anticipating the clean you'll soon have, with the comforting, soothing feel that Puffs is known to deliver. We're so sorry to hear you're having this experience. If everything goes according to plan, when you pull out a Puffs tissue, only one should come out at a time, and it also lifts another up with it. Essentially, there should always be a tissue at the ready. Try and make sure you grab the edge of the tissue only and a steady even pull is the best way to get one tissue at a time. Also due to humidity variations the first few tissue from a new box may result in getting more than one tissue at a time. We do also run all out tissues and boxes through strict quality controls to ensure packing is done correctly. We hope these tips help, and if they don't, we'd love to help further with this issue.
