Gentle lotion texture you can rely on
This lotion texture is so soft and cozy on my nose! Even when I’m blowing my nose back to back with a cold, they’re gentle on skin without making my nose sore and red.

Quality control issues
I just have a set of boxes that were incorrectly packed. They will not pull out nicely. I have pieces. Not useful. What a waste.

Good product but very wasteful.
I bought a 4-pack. I am on the 3rd box and they are packed so tight they just shred when you try to get one out. After 5-8 tries I had to go down and grab a handful to pull out together to even get it astarted.That is a loss of 10-20 per box before I can pull them out normally. A huge waste of money on a box of 72.

Take a box with you while on the move
Perfect box to put in small spaces. It fits in the small napkin boxes if you wanted a different design. The napkins are durable. They perform very well and a soft texture.

False advertising, less quality, less quantity.
I use a lot of tissues since my surgeries. Your brand for the comfort and quality. You've changed this. Less soft lotiony feel, a bit rough on my nose. Gentle and good quality
Love these tissues. Haven't found any as thick and soft as these. My nose doesn't get raw and sore when I'm sick anymore. Gentle enough to use for my baby too.

The only tissues I want to use
With little noses in our house, we always buy puffs with lotion. We never get nose irritation with this product and find that these tissues are both soft and strong!

The lotion is a must! Saves my tender nose.

This product is a deal breaker on tissue!
I’ve been sick for 2 weeks, accidentally purchased another brand of tissue yesterday. It said “lotion” and I grabbed it. Noticed when I used the FIRST one from the box, something is wrong with these. I literally dug the previous box from my trash to compare. PUFFS makes a difference!!

Are they really plus lotion?
I have been exclusively a Puffs Plus Lotion user for decades. Recently, it seems the tissues are not as soft as they used to be. They definitely do not seem to have a lotion feel. I am contemplating a move to Kleenex brand. Perhaps they will meet my expectations. Also, I am missing the Puffs Purse Packs that I can no longer find. What's up Puffs?

Soft, absorbent Kleenex!
These are so soft and absorbent. Way better than the papery Kleenex brand ones. They come in unscented and infused with Vicks vapor rub, which is perfect for colds!

The newer Puffs tissue is awful.
I have always used Puffs Lotion tissue.. When my store ran out I had to resort to Kleenex brand which I don't like. When I finished up Kleenex brand tissue, I was able to get Puffs again. Thank goodness! However, I have noticed that they are not as thick as they used to be. .I now blow a hole threw it in blowing my nose. Gross! Bring back the old Puffs because the new...

Not Happy With Quality
Puffs Plus with Lotion has changed. The rectangular boxes I am currently using are full of white fiber, a material that I find everywhere the tissue goes in my home. I am not talking about lint, I am see dime size pieces. The tissues in the last inch bottom of the box are folded in half. It fills up the box, but am I getting theAdvertised number of tissue?

Strong, soft, durable
This is a household must have during cold and flu season. I keep a box in every room in my house, including on my nightstand. These tissues are strong and soft. They hold lots of snot while protecting your hands from leakage. Gross but so true and worth knowing!

Awful tissue now
I have always bought puffs plus lotion because they were thick soft and very gentle on the nose.Now they are thin very rough like sand paper and no lotion.My nose is red and sore now.I returned all 4 boxes back to the store and bought a different brand.Puffs are awful now
