Piece of junk
A piece of crap. The second time I.used it, the mop head got stuck in a position that made it unusable.I sought out internet help that told me to take the head off with my foot. Really?

Piece oc Crap
Big SCAM! Loved my old swifter, it was easy to use, could take off mop, toss in washing machine and carry on. Now you made this piece of crap, will have to buy your stupid dry and wet mops all the time and they are EXPENSIVE. Have pets? Get Swiffer!
If you have pets you need this. The collapsible pole is genius. I've had the swiffer system forever but never used it because of the pole. It was too light and flexible and I didn't feel in contact with the floor. The old pads I felt were a waste of time. The new pads are fantastic!

Whyyy?? It’s so short, it only extends to 3 ft!?!
The pole only expands to 3 ft & I’m 5’7 so it’s really uncomfortable trying to scrub my floors. I don’t understand why it’s so short??

The smell was unbearable. TOO MUCH SCENT
The cleaning pad scent was SO STRONG I had to throw them away.. I had to double zip lock bag them so they didn’t stink up my garbage can.

Too much scent
Too much scent, Swiffer really needs to make an unscented wet pad. The smell is just too strong, sticks around for too long. It’s just very unpleasant, but the idea of the product is great.

Fine product
This is a fairly decent product at sweeping at mopping. This kit provides you everything you need as a first time buyer, which is very convenient. However, it is not the best at cleaning up dirt and debris.

Easy to use
