We purchased two Hardside Large Spinners for our cruise to Alaska. These were easy to pack, easy to maneuver, and got back home with barely a scratch. Highly recommend!

No durability to stand up to airline handling
I bought this suitcase in August 2024 and went on an international trip. When I picked up my suitcase in baggage claim, one of the wheels was torn away. I contacted Skyway to see if I could get a replacement or they could fix this and they referred me to the airline claims department to make a claim. They only stand behind their product for a defects in workmanship or...

Handle Broke
The telescoping handle broke after maybe its tenth use. I’ve tried to troubleshoot fixing it to no avail. Huge bummer because the wheels and zipper held up great.

the handle not strong enough. It’s easily broken
I got this one a few years ago and the barley used one time in Italy last November had one side broken and this time in Japan, the other side, broken, very hard to handle without handle

Poorly made expansion zipper
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. Had baked homemade goodies for him to take home and share. Because he didn't want to squash them he opened up the expansion..due to full flight he was asked to close expansion or check bag. Zipper broke he had to check. No close repair shop.. looks like only one is in Colorado. No way to get in touch with company.worked...

Photo Color isn’t accurate but bag is great!
I bought an older version of this bag a few years ago. I LOVED IT! The design of this carry on changed to clamshell. I wish it hadn’t changed. I liked the old version where it was hard sided but the zipper closure was located closer to one side instead of the middle. This allowed you to Open the bag requiring less space. Damaged product
Ordered the Skyway large 28" luggage. Very disappointed as it arrived in a box without any safety packaging. It was just wrapped in plastic and there was a large dent in the front portion of the suitcase and a big scratch on the side. Skyway Luggage Carry-On size

I bought this case based on the service I’ve got out of the small carry on skyway roll a board I’ve been using for several years.
This beast had nearly 50lbs of stuff in it and held up fine for the trip in the title. Got back home none the worse for wear. It can be a bit top heavy fully loaded. But it performed as expected. Good value for money.

Skyway Luggage
My wife and I have small hard-shell Skyway luggage and absolutely love it. Due to covid in 2020, we were to take a family European vaca, but could not. I have since bought this large hard-shell suitcases for my family and the same functionality and ease of use is present. I highly recommend Skyway Luggage for the recreational and business traveler.
