Could Not Connect to Internet
The product appeared to be very nice. I was impressed with the Ink Tank System. However, I returned the printer within a few days, unfortunately, not before wasting hours trying to connect to my network with & without Tech Service. I replaced it with an HP9125E which easily connected to my network & works great!

Already broken
The color print quality is poor for photos. 4 months after we purchased, the paper feed stopped working. This is way too expensive to be this crappy

Good bang for your buck
Easy installation. Print quality is excellent. Easy to use copy, scan and print from MacBook. Haven’t installed fax as I wouldn’t use it.

Epson ET-4950 printer
This printer is terrible. The print speed is 3 ppm not 9 ppm as advertised and it is constantly jamming.

I've had this printer for quite a while and for copies and office work it's great, but for printing pictures it's a absolute piece of crap. NOTHING has ever printed a quality or color setting even close to the picture on screen, and it's usually grainy. Was easy to set up. I really like the scanning functions, I can scan to my computer and scan two sided. I really like the idea of tank ink, was tired of the price of the cartridges in my previous printer. Much quicker and quieter than previous printer. That was an older model, so I expected improvements. Will update after I have used it longer.

Hate the blinking light
Is there any way to stop the light from blinking? It is very annoying. Also, the input screen for password is very hard to use. Love the printer in many ways but it is very annoying in others.

False advertising on printers capabilities
First of all this printer was easy to setup and it is so much cheaper to run than our old HP all in one printer that uses cartridges. I wouldn't have bought one if I knew
Since I bought this printer, I have had to completely delete every Epson app and download and install the printer again at least five time because it keeps falling off of the network, even with the router right next to it and wont reconnect no matter what I do. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!

Great printer
Very nice printer with easy set up and beautiful colors. I was able to connect to my phone and computers so easily. I love the fact that I will no longer be using cartridges that are environmentally awful. The print speed is great for home use too.

Sketchy WIFI and software
We bought this machine today. The ink tank technology seems really good. The WIFI network connection is very poor. We have to keep restarting it for our phones and computers to see it, and scanning sometimes crashes. It is sitting within 5 feet of my router and all our other devices are fine. So far, not at all impressed for the price paid. Probably a good machine...

Great upgrade!
I had an earlier version of this printer that didn’t work well on any level. But I wanted a well-ink printer in black, so I took a chance on this model. I’m so glad I did. Everything worked well and the tech service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Terrible WIFI hook up instructions
This thing just refuses to connect to my WiFi in the home have hours trying to hookup to home WIFI, finally had to plug in a USB just to use the functions, should not be this difficult for the price paid GEEEZ
