Errors that wouldn't go away
I tried 3 different printers each one had an error. Two has system errors. One a printing error. I returned them all. i bought an HP.

Wireless does not work
I actually teach networking and I spent a full hour on the phone with Epson tech support and the connection remained intermittent. The only solution they could offer was to move the printer closer to the router even though the printer showed "excellent" signal strength. I regret ignoring all the similar negative reviews talking about wireless problems.

So far so good! Only one minor complaint.
We don't print photos or need super high quality color but basic print quality is great for our basic home needs. I wish the cycling white light on the on/off button could be turned off, our office is a cubby off of our bedroom and i had to tape a piece of paper over it. We've only had it two weeks but so far it's all good, hopefully it will last a long time!

Good so far, but with some inconveniences
I don't print a lot, but I bought this primarily for the 2-sided scanning option. B&W and color print quality is good, but I haven't tried any photo printing yet. Others complain about the quality of photo printing.

Easy to setup.
Very intuitive and simple to setup and use. No hidden gimmicks on ink purchase and the tanks last. It copies and scans duplex it has very simple cleaning and alignment feature, if ever needed.

Worst Printer I Have Ever had the Misfortune of Dealing With
This is the single worst piece of equipment I have ever bought and used.

Problems with printer not printing the colors.
This printer worked fine for the first few months but then the colored ink quit showing up on the flyers indicating it was not functioning properly. All of the inks showed ink levels above 3/4 full. Several cleanings got the blue and cyan to work somewhat but never did get the magenta to show. So disappointing. I missed out on doing voluntary flyers for the Senior C...

Great printer
Very happy with our new printer. It prints nice quality prints in relatively quick time. We really like that it can easily do double sided and is wireless. We had no issues setting up connectivity with our Windows and Apple computers and devices.

Could Not Connect to Internet
The product appeared to be very nice. I was impressed with the Ink Tank System. However, I returned the printer within a few days, unfortunately, not before wasting hours trying to connect to my network with & without Tech Service. I replaced it with an HP9125E which easily connected to my network & works great!
