I have purchased two ninja thirsti machines. The first one lasted for about 100 drinks before it stopped dispersing the flavoring. We tried to clean it and follow online advice but nothing worked. No taste
Wife bought this 1-2 years ago and it never gets used it just sits on the counter so I tried to use it and the flavor just isn’t there when trying to sand make something not worth the money

Odd after taste
All of the flavors have an odd taste I think it’s the sugar they use even tried soda stream flavors an they are odd also

Good addition for quick drink choice.
Good addition for quick drink choice. I am not too happy with the default flavours yet trying to find my choice but even great to have it for my own fresh homemade flavoured soda drinks everyday .

Not thirsti anymore!
This thing is great, very convenient and easy to use as it just dispenses into any cup instead of a huge bottle. Only complaint is there isn't any sugar variants of the flavour pods.

Quit working after 1-year warranty expired
I loved this machine when it worked — the concept and convenience are fantastic. Unfortunately, just after the 1-year warranty expired, one of the flavour cartridge dispensers stopped working. After reading through other reviews, it seems this is a common issue.

Stinks I really wanted to love this
We bought this a year ago and it was fantastic, however it now no longer works due to a design flaw. Based on online message boards this is a common issue but ninja will not help fix. Do not buy this product unless you want to fix yourself in the future

Most unreliable product I’ve ever purchased
Honestly, bought this about 1.5 years ago and used it only once every week. During the first 6 months it stopped spewing flavor. Got a replacement under the 1 year warranty. Love It! Recommend it
We love this; use it every day. Main complaint for 4 star rating is that it doesn't automatically shut off when water reservoir is empty which is hard on the pump. Also would love more flavor options.

Can't say enough about it!
We have had this now for a few weeks, and we absolutely LOVE it! It is perfect for our family. Garbage - Do not buy, lasts only for a few months.
Forget about the so-called 1 year warranty, unit is only returnable for exchange/refund within 60 days (BUYER BEWARE). And it will work great for a few months. Soon after, flavours will start to get weaker and weaker until no flavour is dispensed at all. Machine still works to carbonate the water, but can only add flavour manually (very inconsistant). Still some bugs to work out.
This one was a swap out. But it leaks from the mixing chamber as well. I'm second guessing Ninja at this time. Why are they shipping these with known defects. Although it's great when it works.
