Not happy
Not impressed with this suitcase.
The bottom corner cracked, not by the wheel.
Had to put tape on it. And trying to figure out if it is under warranty is a joke.

Great features, sturdy, smooth wheels
I bought this carry-on a month ago for some upcoming trips, and it has been a lifesaver! It’s durable, which helped me out when I had to gate check my bag by surprise - it held up to checked bag transport with no scuffs or major issues. Message from a frequent international traveller
Perfect size and comfortable to wheel around. The expandable feature really makes a difference, providing more space than most cabin bags. Highly recommend it!

Need to recomend a battery for installation
One critical issue:
It was exceptionally difficult to find a recharging battery for the case. A critical factor is that the battery automatically goes on when a device (e.g., phone) is connected. Far superior than other manufacturer's luggage
Purchased to replace existing Samsonite luggage that has served us very well. This new set of luggage is much lighter and we expect to use for many family trips and cruised.

Interior space and layout
Appreciate the separate smaller zippered pouches. Not sure if we can pack as much in this style carry on as the Samsonite we bought last fall with this one having a flat panel and the internal straps. The panel does keep clothes together better than just the straps.

Perfect for carry on and kids packing

Arrived broken
I bought the suitcase on Black Friday weekend and it arrived broken. I tried reaching out to customer service two times on how I can re-order for the same price but I’m not getting a response.

Great looking suitcase, but had difficulty registering it with Samsonite. My model wasn’t offered in the “online registration prompts” and the computer didn’t take any of the sku numbers provided. Great suitcase
I really love this suitcase. It holds a lot. This is my first spinner suitcase. I like not having to pull it like my old suitcase. I do have a little difficulty though keeping the suitcase rolling in a straight line.

Taking the stress out of travel
Can get much more into this case than my previous carry-on. Love the fact that it expands and contracts. The wheels are very smooth and the handle goes up and down easily, taking stress out of travel. Well done Samsonite!
