Busted wheels in 11 months
I transitioned from a previous model Somsonite bag that made it ~7 years, Samsonite discontinued that version moved into this bag still under the Samsonite 10 year warranty and in 10-11 months 3 of the wheels busted apart - unfortunately while on a trip - will not buy again - I am a frequent traveler

A place for everything, holds everything in place
I really like this piece of luggage. I have never had hard side luggage before, and can see the protective benefit if you pack breakables. What I like the most are the zippered compartments. Also, where normal bags have only straps to hold your clothing, this bag has a full size "board" that the staps go through to hold everything in place. Nice! My shirts don't end up ...

Too much trouble to use the charger
The suitcase is light and rolls nicely but I wish the portable charger was easier to access. To turn it
On, one must open the case and unzip a pouch which is a lot of trouble when the suitcase is packed.

My NewSamsonite luggage
I have a hard side piece of Samsonite luggage which has lasted me nearly forty years. It opens flat and has straps on one side and a zippered compartment which clasps to the other side to protect clothes from moving. It wheels (2) and has a strap to pull the luggage. Lightweight and practical
Love this suitcase! It's super light, sturdy and well built. The wheels and handle roll like a breeze and it's a great size, plus has a built in charger port. My only gripe is the pockets on one side do not detach, so you have to pack around and under it rather than being able to completely flip it out of the way. Nice Features, but ...
My first hard side piece, so I miss having the outside zipper pocket. Also, it's a tad too big. Recent airline size restrictions for carry-on limit this to domestic flights only, such as with Southwest, who have bigger overhead bins.

Love this suitcase!
I thought this suitcase recently and brought it on a trip and it was perfect! I loved all of the features, especially the soft silicone handle. The internal packing compartments are great also.

All I need
This suitcase offers ample space as a carry on. I love the different compartments available as well as the “select a height” handle option. The zippers have withstood some heavy packing and the wheels glide like a dream.

Excellent carryon

Must buy
Has a lot of room inside. The charger feature is a plus. Wheels move any direction you direct with the handle. Very sturdy and can handle being tossed around.
