Just a pain.
Absolutely the worst lock settings ever. So small can’t see, lock locks and will not open even with code. I would not recommend at all.

Please market this as check-in luggage
I bought this a month ago to replace an older and very reliable samsonite model. I have found out it only meets the carry-on size limits for one domestic carrier. I now have to check this luggage in if I want to bring it home.

Great luggage

Great Carry-on
Bought this to use as a carry-on for a recent flight. I also bought the medium size. For me this is the perfect set. I was able to fit so much honestly if I was going on a shorter trip I probably could’ve only used this carry-on. Very easy to maneuver around.

Great carry on!
This carry on was purchased for a cross country flight. I needed something easy to move yet held a good amount. I was very pleased with the Freedom carry on. It moved smoothly thru airports and was lightweight to move around.

great carry on
I really like this luggage. It is made well and the color choices are beautiful. I’ve used it 3 times to travel and it’s holding up very well. I like that if you want to pack a little more you can unzip the luggage to expand it.

pull-out telescoping handle is a real problem
The suitcase itself looks fine, but the pull-out telescoping handle is a real problem. It doesn’t open or close smoothly at all—you have to shake it around and fight with it just to get it to lock into place. Every time we use it, it feels like a struggle. For something as basic and important as the handle, this is really disappointing and makes travel more frustrating ...

Simple and streamlined
Simple and streamlined, this carry on is a great, affordable workhorse. It’s lightweight, but sturdy and has a clean design. Zipper, lock and closures are well made.

Slightly too big for most airlines
Nice suitcase, but slightly too big for almost every airline. You may be forced to check it at the gate for a small fortune if they are strict.
