Low Quality
I used to love Samonite luggages but these last two purchases were a disappointment. The spinner is locked without instruction how to unlock it.

Disappointing!
Just bought 2 Freeform Large Spinners that are advertised with "Overall Dimensions: 31.1 in. x 20.9 in. x 13.8 in." All of these 3 dimensions do not much actual measurements regardless of how you extend the retractable handles. Actual dimensions as measured in the attached photos are: 29-7/8" x 20" x 12". Cheap and hard to roll
I bought the 28 large after looking at all the reviews and comparing suitcases. The suitcase is extremely hard to roll and the handle is flimsy and doesn’t have many adjustment heights. It is awkward and seems a lot cheaper than it looks online. I would not buy again and plan to return my unused 21/28 combo purchase.

Great Product, but Exceeds Airlines' Maximum Size
I like it and ordered it because I love the color. Unfortunately I will have to return it because I just found out (thankfully before my travel) that the overall measurement exceeds my carrier's maximum size specification for checked-in luggage). misrepresentation, it does not measure 31 inches in any which way but it filters as a 31" extra large. It is only a large. The dimensions on the website are incorrect

Top notch quality, low weight
We bought 3 of these for our trip to Canada. With the weight limit for flights we needed something sturdy and light weight, which fit the bill in strides.

Durable. light weight. Lots of room. overall a good item.
I wish it had a closable interior flap on BOTH sides so that if the suitcase pops open smaller items will not fall out. The elastic straps are good for bigger items of clothing, but not small items.

Poor quality handle and plastic.
I bought this June 2024 to use first time for cruise to Alaska for sea/land tour. The handle was absolutely horrible. It would not come up unless I would open the suitcase and hit the inside to release whatever was inside making it stick. Worth the extra cost
We have taken this luggage on a two year multi country trek and it has held up beautifully. The outside gets scuffed an, but still looks good. It has protected our contents and are easy to maneuver. It has been from Africa to Europe and the US and everywhere in between.

Great suitcase!
I replaced a 20 year old Samsonite with this new bag for a week in New York City so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am happy to report I love this large Spinner! Beware! Scuffs Easily!!!!
I bought this luggage less than a year ago and it immediately scuffed with my first trip. This is only from normal wear and tear traveling. I’m super disappointed because I had another set of samsonite that lasted me probably about 8 years but that style was discontinued but just assumed that all their products are great and was sorely mistaken by this line.

Pretty cheaply made not durable
Within 1.5 years it is already falling apart. Zipper has broken off, inside has torn. pretty cheap.

Great size, poor quality
This was exactly the size I was looking for but unfortunately, the zippers broke in two separate instances. Customer service was great and helpful (and issued refunds/replacements twice) but wish this suitcase worked out.

Retractable handle broke on first use
The retractable handle broke the first time I used this luggage, making it very difficult to use the rest of the trip. This is disappointing for a brand I have otherwise enjoyed.

Owned 3 Freeform Large Spinners - Scratch galore
I currently own 3 Freeform Large spinners and have traveled extensively with them. The scratches on the exterior is just something you have to get over. I mean, they are beautiful beforehand and all scratches will become very visible after light use. The wheels of one cracked, the zipper broke on another, and the handles have been doing pretty well after multiple usage....
