Looks Awful After Just One Use
Very upset with this product. I was excited to buy this as a present for my son, who is a frequent traveler, and upon his very first trip the bag came back so scratched and scuffed--far beyond any typical wear and tear. The whole bag is a total eyesore. I believe the quality is way poorer than I was led to believe. He was so upset and doesn't want to use the luggage now...

Rugged and Spacious
This set is simple, rugged, and has plenty of space. I could easily pack for a weeklong business trip in the carryon. With both bags, I can take a long vacation with plenty of room for everything but my wife's shoes.

WHEEL BROKE OFF ON FIRST USE
Used once. Wheel broke off. Bag was not overweight. Trying to navigate the warranty process is impossible. Purchased 12/10 for a flight 12/11.

Finally got my Freeform!
Have been thinking of owning this pair of luggage for a while now. Finally, I do! It’s great, durable, stylish and light. Like many of my older samsonite luggages, I’m pretty sure, they’re going to last me a very long time. Thank you Samsonite.

Not durable
Used it only a handful of times and the zipper ripped on the side of the hard shell.

Great Suitcase
Perfect luggage for my boyfriend who travels a handful of times a year! It’s lightweight and travels well when checked. I love that it can expand, and the side that is expanded is the side that’s zipped, so I can pack in more.

Marry Me & Fly Standby ✈️
Was gifted a 2-pc Freeform Summer 2025. We travel a lot! The carryon is perfect for keeping up with my pilot. This baby has plenty of space, is lightweight, and rolls like a dream. I’ve had other brand hard cases break in the past. (If your man buys crummy luggage, dump both.) Samsonite is quality and flexible so it won’t snap or crack or break your heart. 👍

Easy to handle and worth it!
