So far so good
The luggage survived the first trip to LGA and back despite the luggage handlers attempts to kill it. I bought this luggage due to its reputation for quality so I am hoping to enjoy it for years to come.

Looks Awful After Just One Use
Very upset with this product. I was excited to buy this as a present for my son, who is a frequent traveler, and upon his very first trip the bag came back so scratched and scuffed--far beyond any typical wear and tear. The whole bag is a total eyesore. I believe the quality is way poorer than I was led to believe. He was so upset and doesn't want to use the luggage now...

WHEEL BROKE OFF ON FIRST USE
Used once. Wheel broke off. Bag was not overweight. Trying to navigate the warranty process is impossible. Purchased 12/10 for a flight 12/11.

Solid purchase!
I've been researching luggage online for some time and finally settled on purchasing this set. I am incredibly happy with the overall construction, sturdiness, zippers, etc. The only thing I'm getting used to is slightly lack of interior space on the smaller one - but I truly need to pack less anyway! ha! I would highly recommend them!

Strong, Light, Ready to Roll
I’m really happy with this Samsonite set. It feels strong, looks great, and the blue color stands out. The suitcases are lightweight, have excellent capacity, and roll very smoothly. Delivery was fast, and many people online mention the same strengths, especially the easy wheeling and roomy interior.

Very Spacious and Chic
Love the capacity the large case has along with the carry on case. Interior compartments are excellent secures my belongings while opening and closing my suitcase. Carry on is chic to walk with in the airport terminals. Combination lock is a plus on the carry on as well, if I decide to check it in. Ideal for a week trip and still being able bring back souvenirs.

Samsonite Smart!
First trip with this luggage was an excellent experience. We had to check bags for an extended trip abroad and moving this luggage around was so easy. This is a hard shell but offers flexibility with expansion and just enough compartments to make it easy to pack and open without things falling out. Good Luggage, but Oversized for Airline Limits
I recently purchased the Samsonite Freeform check-in bag and carry-on. Overall, they’re solid pieces of luggage—lightweight, durable, and easy to maneuver. My main disappointment was realizing that the check-in bag’s total dimensions come to about 65 inches, which is over the 62-inch maximum that American Airlines allows.
