Looks Awful After Just One Use
Very upset with this product. I was excited to buy this as a present for my son, who is a frequent traveler, and upon his very first trip the bag came back so scratched and scuffed--far beyond any typical wear and tear. The whole bag is a total eyesore. I believe the quality is way poorer than I was led to believe. He was so upset and doesn't want to use the luggage now...

Excellent luggage! Highly recommended
Bought this luggage few times, have three 28” inch and two of the 21” inch carrry-on. The quality is excellent, light-weight, wheel is very smooth and price is unbeatable. Highly recommended! I have used it for international and the space is great

Christmas gift
The luggage worked out great! I purchased the set for my wife as a Christman gift and she loved them. I wasn't sure on what type at first to buy, but my grandmother was quite a bit of a traveler and she always had Samsonite, you know the one's they used to through out of airplanes. Happy Travelers!
I gave this set to my wife for Christmas and she has already use it for 2 trips and loves how light, yet sturdy it is. Also, rolls easily and she loves the features. Very pleased with the product after 2 uses!!

Purchased as a gift and it worked out very well for the recipient. It did take five adults and watching a you tube video to figure out how to open it for the first time, but once we got that, it was good to go. It makes travel easy and worth the price

Highly Recommend!

Good set
I haven’t used it yet, but it seems sturdy and looks good. It rolls smoothly and the handle is comfortable. Very roomy and will hold a lot. Can never go wrong with Samsonite products.

So far so good
The luggage survived the first trip to LGA and back despite the luggage handlers attempts to kill it. I bought this luggage due to its reputation for quality so I am hoping to enjoy it for years to come.

WHEEL BROKE OFF ON FIRST USE
Used once. Wheel broke off. Bag was not overweight. Trying to navigate the warranty process is impossible. Purchased 12/10 for a flight 12/11.
