31.07 Suitcase measurement includes wheels
Bought this suitcase because the description said 31 inches but when it was delivered it measured a 28 inch suitcase. The 31.07 inches includes the wheels in the measurement Previously I have bought similar suitcases at Staples with a description of 28 inches. This was the exact same size as those suitcases. Also Zipper ripped off the first time we used it.
