Roku products are junk!
Roku products are junk! I just purchased a streaming stick and it broke after one month - the HDMI does not work after testing on multiple devices. Even worse is their customer service they transfer you through multiple people over two hour periods via chat (you cannot email them accordingly to their chat bots) and they are no help. The new remotes are so nice. Upgraded from my old one that’s way older. The new one has voice and controls your tv too!

New ROKU
We replaced our original one after over 5 years. The new one made quite a difference in the picture quality. Only took about 5 minutes to replace and set up. Very pleased with the results

I love the first roku my daughter got me but it got old and fritzied so my daughter got me a New one. Way so much better. Hopks to tv directly, runs volume and sturf for the tv how wonderful, then she showed me voice control, scared me at first, now im hooked next to AI roku is a wonderful addition to my life. Roku Stick
I like the new stick a lot better than the older style box. The remote is a 100% improvement with On and off and volume control for your TV to eliminate having to use two different remotes

I love Roku

Roku Streaming Stick
I love the ease of setup. I love the fact that I don't have to plug it to a power outlet but can use the USB on my TV. It works quickly and the remote is easy to use. I purchased several to replace my firesticks.

Good smart upgrade
Easy to set up and login to all accounts. User interface is very easy and quick to understand. Made my dumb TVs into smart TV for a great price and now can use them for a few more years!

Scrolling
I never realized that so many movies and programs existed until l began using Roku. I do wish the remote had numbers rather than having to scroll back and forth when switching channels. In a way it's simpler to use. Some remotes have more buttons than an aircraft cockpit.

Roku Streaming Stick
I am 84 and didn’t know if I would be able to set it up but it was so easy even “a child can do it”. Lots of good things to watch and I would highly recommend it.

Very easy to set up. Like the features that allow tv and streaming controller to be all in one. The voice control is not for me , however it is still a nice feature. I would recommend Roku, definitely.
